設施：設施設備破爛不堪。60年代的都比這個好。馬桶 。電視機。空調。都是壞了的。洗手間沒有門。用一塊破布擋着。很搞笑。沒有洗漱用品。洗髮水。沐浴露。都沒有的。沒有真的是沒有。別相信網咯上照片。虛假宣傳。。。。。。。
衞生：臟亂差臭。不乾淨。壓根就是一週或者十天半個月洗換一次那種。以下有圖片為證據。還有污染物和不明體液。噁心。
環境：狹窄。吵鬧。不隔音。破爛空調吵的你別説睡覺了。就是坐着都會瘋。酒店不給退的預訂了。辦理了入住。虛假宣傳。掛羊頭賣狗肉。欺騙消費者品牌關係斷裂的一個小旅館。火車站黑色交易的小垃圾站。
服務：服務媽呀。前台服務態度極其惡劣。傲慢無禮。一個個拉着臉。凶神惡煞。真的是看來是失足少女。掛名工作人員。實則還不知道幹什麼的。一個個好厲害。辱罵客人。語言粗暴。態度惡劣。還恐嚇客人。就是不給退換房間。隱形消費房卡還要收按金。然後退房的時候各種理由還不想給退。需要客人求着要。真的是嚇死了。能活着出來不錯了。以下是環境衞生酒店照片。你們自己看吧。

距離火車站很近，步行就可以到達，周邊吃飯購物也很方便，就是房間設施有點老久，不過價格不高，很實惠，也算是對得起寫個價格了

衞生特別差，服務態度極差，詢問服務員的時候服務員感覺特別的不耐煩，做個電梯讓人等十幾二十分鐘，
房間的衞生特別差，床單上還有臟東西，房間裏面沒有熱水，雖然是個酒店但是服務、衞生還不如旅舍，非常差

對格林豪泰酒店本來印象很好，但這次讓我以後不會再住格林豪泰酒店連鎖店了，一家酒店的環境衞生好不好就看衞生間，圖片上一眼就能看出好壞了。住進去是為了當天去黃河大鐵橋和明天趕飛機。

去外地路過蘭州晚上住宿一晚，可能因為在網上活動訂的便宜，分的房間和我們一起170住的不一樣。洗臉池旋轉有白色疙瘩，我以為是裝修不小心滴上了熱熔膠，我洗完臉沒有了，原來是上一個旅客刷牙掉的牙膏🤢。追求睡好的朋友慎選！
