This is not part of Mercure branch we all think. They have an English name at the lobby which is nothing close to that name so I don’t know why it’s called mercure here.
Nevertheless the room was good, staff nice but no English at all. It’s far from subway station and it’s very hard to get taxi-didi so this was a bit troublesome

The hotel service is very good, basically all requests are met (reasonable), and the response is fast. We went late during the holidays, and the ordinary double bed rooms were probably booked out, so we were upgraded to a suite for free. The Zhengning Road Night Market is less than 1km away from the hotel, which is quite convenient. The overall accommodation experience is not bad.
