啥也不想説了 我頭一天晚上穿着進酒店的衣服 第二天換了別的衣服出門退了房 這件衣服忘記帶走了 我就一個行李箱 裏面沒有 也沒穿着或拿着出門 等我回去找的時候非説我衣服是自己搞忘了丟的 是不是你們心裏最清楚

前台服務態度高效專業！酒店距離七里河大商⭕️地鐵站等步行8-10分鐘，房間裝修風格比較簡約大氣，衞生比較整潔，整體好評推薦！

你們家是懂做生意的 第一天入住 前台説給免費升級房間給我們一個好評 我答應了並且第一天就跟他説 我們第二天還要入住 她説第二天入住就按照我第一天定的那個價格給我算 我説好 辦理完入住我想着 服務還挺好的等走的時候給個好評 結果第二天我們去續住的時候 前台看到我第一天定的價格之後跟我説不能再以這個價格續住給我們免費升級的房間 要麼就換回第一天定的那個房間。你們酒店也是挺搞笑的是覺得我們遊客都是像你們上下班一樣背個小包的嗎 。因為我們第一天訂便宜了不能以這個價格住升級的房間 那請問你們第一天怎麼不説 等第二天我們要續住的時候就來説了 那麼多行李拖來拖去不是你們搬 如果第一天就説第二天的價格不能以第一天的價格來 我們不會要那個升級房。你們家開了那麼久了 評分低不是沒有原因。

這是第一次去蘭州，去的時間各種的機緣巧合導致我最終不得不一個人。本來心情很糟糕，但是到蘭州後一路上遇到了很多充滿善意的人，好像冥冥中安排了很多有緣人一樣。酒店前台的小姐姐人很好，聽到她跟住店的未成年女生的家長打電話説保證她在酒店的安全的時候，我也感覺到很心安，走的時候因為著急趕車，小姐姐也是直接退的我現金的按金。非常感謝在蘭州遇到的每一個有意無意讓我感到善意的人。
