床是真的舒服。 但是為什麼不送香皂啊洗手都洗不了， 下水還是壞的洗澡洗到一半發水了，有些無語。 值得誇獎的一點是刷卡到樓層的電梯比較安全。

非常好，房間很新，暖氣很足，打掃衞生的阿姨特別和善，東西換的也很勤快。酒店有兩個門，出去特別方便，一開始我還不知道有個後門直通馬路。 離蘭州市博物館很近，附近還有麥當勞，總體來説很滿意

房間的位置在市中心附近，很好找，房間雖然不大，但是很乾凈。周邊吃的東西也多，早餐出來吃選擇空間大，酒店有配備洗衣房，可以直接清洗烘乾。有停車位。適合開車出行的朋友。

本來想着如家的連鎖應該不會有衞生問題，結果一進衞生間就看到馬桶圈是沒清潔乾淨的，有可以擦掉的黃色尿漬。。前台服務態度倒是很好，有求必應，比蘭州其他小旅店要好得多。設備很全有洗衣機烘乾機，非常方便。旁邊有南關夜市，可以去吃夜宵
