GreenTree Inn (Lanzhou West Railway Station, Gongjiawan, University of Technology)

I reported the problem of the high fee for not finding the room card, and the front desk said she had no way. The delayed check-out time for all hotels is 2 o'clock, but GreenTree Inn requires 1 o'clock. My classmate packed up and checked out at 1 o'clock. The front desk required a good review or he had to pay 30 yuan for delayed check-out. I hate threatening people the most, so I must report the true situation. Good reviews are not asked for or threatened. Users will naturally give good reviews if they enjoy their stay. However, forcing or threatening is too much. Although I gave a 5-star review under threat, I will not stay at GreenTree Inn again. Please do not threaten any user to give a good review.

The hotel management is very poor. People are talking loudly in the corridor at 3 or 4 o'clock in the evening and no one cares. When I want to take a lunch break, there are always people talking in the corridor or cleaning noises. The sound insulation between rooms is very, very poor.

Although the location is very close to the West Railway Station, it is very inconvenient to get to the hotel from the West Railway Station. It is also inconvenient to take a taxi. The drivers are unwilling to accept the order, saying that Gongjiawan is the most congested area in Lanzhou and are unwilling to go there.

This is the worst hotel I stayed in during my entire trip. There is almost no soundproofing. I felt like I was sleeping on the street or in the corridor instead of in my room. Only the front desk service attitude was good.
