作為一家有着悠久歷史的老店，總體感覺非常好。服務員很熱情，房間每天也會整理，水和一些毛巾用品也是每天會更換。酒店周邊交通也很便利。非常好的體驗，以後還想來住。

前台服務，衞生服務都不錯！周邊環境也適合生活，出行。門口就是蘭州大學地鐵站。酒店以蘭州城市之名命名，建成於1956年，年代氣息較重，設施略微陳舊！

酒店整體不錯，環境較好，比較安靜，沒有很大的嘈音，位於地鐵一號線旁邊，出行很是便捷，以後會再入住的哦。

酒店設施陳舊，沒有三人間，臨時加了一張單人床，房間塵土瀰漫，嗆鼻，被子更噁心，沒有床頭燈，實在是差的太離譜，連個小桌子沒有，把我的行李箱當枱燈桌

缺點
1、房間隔音不好，過道有人經過和隔壁大聲説話都聽的到
2、早餐不吸引人。定的房間是沒有早餐的，所以打算直接去餐廳加一份早餐，到了餐廳看了一圈後，發現菜品確實很一般，也沒有面檔，選擇離店到外面找吃的。
3、熱水比較慢
優點
1、地理位置很好，旁邊有條街很多餐館
2、酒店內綠化很好
3、剛入住，客房大姐就送來了酸奶，贊👍
