前台每天十一點半打客房電話，命令客人必須十二點退房，否則加收半天房費，是不是因為是央企的定點酒店讓你們驕傲了呢，還是説這位前台婦女大姐是老闆的親屬，所以有什麼優越感呢。
客房阿姨每天早上酒店就在走廊裏吼叫着交流，真的是藴含著高端的服務。
馬桶墊上有彎曲的毛髮，衞生也是絕絕子

酒店位置很好找，在南關十字東側，緊鄰大街。樓下就有蘭州有名的牛肉麪館。房間面積很真實，沒有水分。前台服務態度也很好，需要刷卡進入電梯，很安全。就是不明白為什麼房間電源操作不能一鍵控制，需要切斷總電源，才有一頂夜燈關閉。

定了三間房，到店之後給你各種換，美名其曰免費升級，房子有原來的一半大，一半大，衞生間純粹冰窖一樣，暖氣開了一晚上光床這邊還能睡，衞生間一進去直接凍清醒，四點多才睡着，給“升級”的房子衞生間連熱水都沒有，難以想象，三星，呵呵噠，

位置好，周邊吃飯方便。房間沒有窗户，沒有地暖，熱風空調聲音大。邊上就是民族風情美食街，以羊雜灘為主，各種美食小吃。
