春節期間來旅遊的，節日氣氛濃厚，住得很舒心，停車方便，而且負責停車的師傅們也非常熱心負責，是個不錯的選擇，還送了小童牙刷和拖鞋。

每次來蘭州，都住鉑苑，有清真的自助早餐，早點非常豐富，免費的停車位，房間很熱，吃飯出行也很方便，性價比很高的一家酒店！

酒店在冬天竟然不開放中央空調，這對我來説是完全不可接受的。作為一家高級酒店，我期待在寒冷的季節裏能夠享受到温暖和舒適的住宿環境。然而，酒店的決定讓房間變得異常寒冷，我不得不穿着厚重的衣物和使用額外的毯子才能勉強保持温暖。

早餐:早餐還是挺豐富的，這個價位的酒店早餐品種很多，而且的話就是沒有遲到的那個酒糟牛奶雞蛋這邊都有，也算是彌補遺憾了，還有赤豆湯
精美下午茶:這個一般般 幾塊曲奇餅乾銀耳湯
環境：100分 歐式風格 拍照比實物好看
衞生：毯子略臟 其他的都很好

先説好的~
服務：滿分。服務態度很好，有應急措施。
環境：滿意，風格獨特。
接下來説不好的~
衞生：有衞生死角、地毯臟及地磚裂縫（可能是酒店使用時間太長的原因吧）。
設施：真的很差。總共住了兩晚，開始訂的標間（靠近馬路巨吵），到房間後聯繫工作人員換房間，被告知標間都靠近馬路，換房作罷（告訴自己晚上車少了可能就不那麼吵啦）。結果就是自己太天真，不誇張的説感覺自己睡在路上，一晚上沒睡着，整個人隨時都要爆發情緒的狀態。第二天決定加被子換成大床房（和同事出差），第一次換的房子也是很吵（餐廳設備的聲音，説半夜12點後會好一些），這時已經忍不住情緒想要換酒店了，客服人員聯繫前台工作人員建議讓換其他區域的房間會好一些；到前台溝通時前廳主管給我們免費升級了房型，服務態度心裏蠻暖的，但最後換的房間空調聲音（自動模式）都特別大，就關了空調被子包嚴實睡了一晚（相對於之前房間噪聲可以忽略的）。
其他：入住第一天有精美下午茶，有點一言難盡，我記得訂房的時候還有水果（扣積分兑的），也不知道收到的那是不是了（看圖）。
總之，不是很愉快。
