服務：又一次熟悉的差旅，不同的是這次遇上了突如其來的降温。但這家酒店的服務，讓這次行程變得格外温暖。這次出差沒有帶厚衣服，沒想到前台給我辦入住的小姐姐Kelly主動關心，並在我進入房間後幾分鐘內就由一位服務員送來了暖風機和兩床被子。就是這個小小的舉動，瞬間驅散了身體的寒意和旅途的疲憊。這已經不是簡單的服務，而是一種對客人感同身受的關懷
設施：酒店的商務設施也無可挑剔，但就是希望以後可以在書桌上也放一盒紙巾，早餐品類也還可以，嚐到了心心念唸的蘭州拉麪，餐廳的兩個帥哥也會過來詢問一些對於住宿體驗的意見反饋
環境：房間也給做了個升級，跟同事看到了黃河美景，雖然因為天氣原因，霧濛濛的，但也很好看
對於經常出差的人來説，一家酒店的好壞，不在於多麼奢華的裝飾，而在於它是否能在你需要的時候，提供最及時的支持。這家酒店做到了，五星好評，實至名歸。

酒店房間乾淨👍離吾悦廣場很近，周邊吃飯的也多。酒店大廳環境很乾凈舒適氛圍也很好！配備有健身房！洗衣房！還有免費的水果飲品！前台工作人員服務態度好，帶孩子入住主動給提供了小童洗漱用品以及小童拖鞋！非常舒適愉快的一次入住！
