新裝修酒店，連鎖的放心入住，房間都是智能窗簾，智能馬桶，衞生間和洗澡間分離設定，乾淨清爽，青甘線自駕游來不用考慮車牌限號區域方便，附近吃飯方便，靠近老街，酒店停車方便

一個男的店長服務態度特別惡劣，我訂的房間，早上打電話確認時客服説沒問題，中午入住時服務枱説我的訂單取消了，他也沒有問我電話號碼，衹從電腦上看説我取消訂單了。我説我手機上的訂單還在，讓他看看，這個男的顯得特別不耐煩，説不要找他們，讓我去找平台。
我説我早上打電話確認時還説中午可以入住，讓他看一下電話記錄，他還是不耐煩，還是讓我去找平台。
沒辦法我就又掏錢訂了一間房，攜程上的訂單還在，我就很無語。讓他們花幾秒鐘看一下訂單都不肯，也不問我電話號碼。
房間一天一個價，昨天4個小時200，今天變成100了。
最後找平台投訴後，給我退了30元，我訂的有窗户房間變成沒有窗户的房間了。

房間寬敝明亮，各種設施都不錯。保潔人員對工作十分負責。院裏免費停車特別方便。酒店周圍吃飯特別方便，滿足各種口味。而且離景點黃河樓特別近，有機會下次還要住這裏。

2025年蘭馬入住這家酒店，體驗感太好，必須來好評一個。入住當天一眼就看到蘭馬參賽人員歡迎橫幅，比賽當天，凌晨4點老闆親自做早餐服務，還有專車送地鐵站。可以説這次入住體驗，比任何一次跑馬經歷過的都好太多。

住過的最爛的酒店沒有之一
優點：設施很新
缺點：
1.因為是新酒店，全是甲醛味道，極度刺鼻，
2.窗邊是一個工地，開窗房間很容易一層灰，
3.空調5月份熱風，酒店人員無法處理.
4.智能語音系統啥都不能控制
5.房間床單上有蚊蟲，房間有蚊子，酒店沒蚊香
6.洗澡間沒有防滑墊，也沒有防滑毛巾
7.酒店服務態度像你欠他的一樣
8.酒店開票速度極慢
9.酒店定位不準，出租車不能直接到酒店門口
10.酒店服務員不熟悉周圍環境，導航到了酒店附近，打電話問前台，説不清具體路線。

短暫的出遊，選擇入住此酒店，真沒想到有別樣的感覺，裝修美觀，衞生乾淨，床睡着舒服，房間一切設施智能管理，房間隔好還是新店住的人少的原因很安靜，酒店有專屬停車區停車很方便，早餐是地道的蘭州牛肉麪很好吃，下次到蘭州一定還住這家酒店。

是一家新開的酒店，環境好，乾淨整潔，酒店內的毛巾浴巾這些都是一次性的，配備了健身房和洗衣房，對客户來説特別方便，最主要的是隔音效果好一點都不影響休息，距離蘭州老街也近，晚上過去打個卡也方便
