Shell Hotel (Lanzhou Xizhan Zhongtianjian Square)

I really regret booking this hotel. The room is terribly small and too depressing. You can reach the roof with your hand. The hygiene is extremely poor. I originally went to the 7 Days Inn in front of theirs, but it was too late and there were no rooms. In the end, I chose theirs. The hygiene and service are much worse than those of the 7 Days Inn. I'm speechless. I advise everyone to go and see the house first before staying at their house. There is no comparison.

Most of the hotel is good, the environment is nice too. But they called me in the middle of the night at 1:40 AM, when I was already asleep, and someone downstairs complained that we were disturbing me, making it difficult for me to fall asleep. I couldn't fall asleep for a long time after the call. I had been sleeping before, so how could there be any noise? I hope the hotel staff can find a different way to handle complaints instead of calling us and waking up the guests! Calling and waking others up at 1:40 really affects your mood!

깨끗하고 넓고 화장실 청결하고 수압도 좋습니다. 24시간 체크인 카운터가 운영되고 외국인 숙박도 가능합니다. 란저우의 중심가에서 저렴하게 묵을 수 있습니다. 그러다보니 한밤중에도 꽤나 시끄러운 게 단점입니다. 잠귀 밝은 분은 불편을 겪을 수 있습니다.

房價親民  衞生打掃的也很徹底  前枱面對我們的問題也沒有不耐煩 很耐心   旁邊吃飯很方便 有很多美食 是個旅行的好住處 附近打車也方便    房間設施也不錯 有衹能語音助手 玩了一天很累 動動嘴就可以操控房間電器 對這家酒店大讚 下次過來還會入住的 住老闆生意興隆

酒店整體入住感受特別滿意，前台提供免費行李寄存 ，房間乾淨整潔，床高低合適，周邊吃飯方便，還有智能小度，入住還送了礦泉水，出行也很方便，前台服務態度也好，不錯不錯
