When I booked, I saw that the environment was pretty good, so I called to inquire about it. However, the experience was terrible. We couldn't find the parking problem. We called the front desk, but they couldn't explain it clearly over and over again. We went up to check in with great effort. The person at the front desk actually sat down to check in for me. That was ok. After getting the room card, we started to wash up because we arrived very late. My god, the door next door was closing, and the soundproofing was terrible. We drove all day and didn't sleep all night. We called the front desk, but no one answered. There was no service at all. The water pressure in the bathroom was flooding the door. We only had a pair of shoes, which were wet all night.

Staying in this hotel during this trip was more like an encounter with beauty. The room is a fusion of art and comfort, with a unique and charming decoration style. The white sheets and clean floors demonstrate the hotel's dedication to hygiene. The meticulous care and warm and thoughtful service of the hotel staff, like a melodious melody, adds a different color to this journey. The front desk service was very friendly, check-in was quick, and they also helped to upgrade the room type. It’s such a comfortable stay! The boss also personally picked us up at the station, which was really heartwarming and worth recommending!

Facilities: All are new, I highly recommend the shower, the water temperature is stable and the water flow is large, it is really comfortable 😌 Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the hygiene is really clean Environment: Very close to Lanzhou West High-speed Railway Station and convenient to Lanzhou Central Business District Service: The service is thoughtful. Since we were driving by ourselves, the boss opened the gate directly and let us park for free🅿️, which is really nice^_^

My flight was delayed due to snow, and I was stranded in Lanzhou. It was already past 11 o'clock in the evening when I packed and picked up my luggage. I was so tired that I thought about looking for a room online to rest. Fortunately, I came across this hotel. Originally, the hotel homepage did not provide pick-up service, but due to the weather, I called the hotel with an attitude of giving it a try. The hotel staff immediately replied to me that it was possible, which made me very happy. It was already early in the morning when I rushed to the West Station from Zhongchuan Airport. Fortunately, the room was warm and comfortable, smart and livable, and the decoration was also very good, which was a consolation. (PS: The boss and the staff were really enthusiastic, and I received a small gift. How can we say that the snowstorm is ruthless, but there is still love in the world~)
