從瀋陽自駕到陵水，選擇了偏西一點兒的線路，蘭州作為中國西北的第二大城市，成為必經之地，而選擇這家全季酒店，無疑又為蘭州之旅錦上添花。首先是酒店樓層高，視野好。我們的房間，可以看到連綿的山體和山上星羅棋佈的山神廟，第一眼就極具地方特色；二是位置好，樓下的各類餐飲和購物非常方便。從肯德基到必勝客，從涮鍋到燒烤，從便利店到物美超市，應有盡有。第一晚從銀川開車抵達時，隨便在酒店樓下吃了碗牛肉麪，都美味異常。飯後沿着街道散步，竟不知不覺就走到了黃河邊，意外欣賞到夜黃河在兩岸燈光映照下的無語東流；三是酒店設備設施好，雖身處鬧市，卻有自家的免費地下停車場。25層有洗衣房，乾淨整潔，LG的品牌，洗衣和烘乾的質量都極高。房間配有小冰箱，冰箱內外總共得放了有七、八瓶礦泉水。還有加熱的馬桶和水量大、水壓高的淋浴；床墊和枕頭都極舒適，床邊和衞生間的感應夜燈以及床頭的閲讀燈，極具全季特色；四是卓越的服務，這一點最重要。酒店大堂有免費的咖啡，還有滿足精神需求的閲讀空間；早餐豐富，我們每噸早餐都得吃上一個多鐘頭，一邊吃，一邊聊，一邊看看遠山，是一天裏最輕鬆的時間。酒店員工的服務意識極強，前台很認真地按照我們的需求調整房間，乘電梯下樓時，一位正好也乘梯的樓層服務員（可惜沒問姓名，她個子不高，皮膚白皙，帶着一副好像是有彩色鏡框的眼鏡），看到我們手裡拿着垃圾袋，竟主動從我們手中接了過去，後來又兩次在電梯和樓道遇見她，都熱情的互相打招呼，像老熟人一樣。退房時我們恰好遇到酒店的經理劉霞（她穿着和別的員工顏色不同的深色套裝，因此我猜想她是經理），我們下樓時，正好看見她和與我們同行的兩位長者在一起聊着什麼，當得知其中一位長者有高原反應時，馬上又送給長者一個便攜氧氣罐，還陪伴他們一路走到電梯。。。在蘭州的點點滴滴，現在都成了温暖的回憶。我們的旅程還要繼續，下次去蘭州，肯定還住這家全季。

第二次來蘭州，因為要去西北師大新校區，打車衹需10分鐘，所以又訂了這家全季。環境好、服務周到、早餐性價比高味道不錯。對面的蘭門橋牛肉麪很好吃，推薦。總之入住體驗很好。

特意高價選了有空調的酒店，結果空調衹能制熱。
入住那幾天當地的温度有十幾度，可以穿短袖，晚上也不冷。
打電話諮詢就是回覆中央空調衹能製冷或制熱，有一半客人反映冷所以開了制熱，且不説那一半的客人反映有沒有數據統計有沒有問詢調查，那另一半客人就不管了麼？我是沒出房費麼？我就不是客人了？我請問呢
電話回覆給我的解決辦法是讓開窗户，且不説房間靠近馬路，開窗户吵得很，這解決問題的態度就是全季的服務態度麼？？
第二晚實在受不了，找他們店長處理，沒有露面，找了個服務員給我拿了一個滿是灰塵的風扇，嗯，很好，好的很

環境：酒店的地理位置還是挺好的，可以選擇入住到酒店頂層，景色非常美麗。
服務：酒店前台服務也相當到位，有什麼問題，都能給及時解決。
設施：這幾天的居住體驗很好，酒店很安靜，裝修也很好，空間很大，各種物料像飲用水，拖鞋，毛巾充足。除此之外，還有洗衣房和健身房，設施齊全完善。100寸的大電視。
衞生：酒店裝修很新，衞生乾淨。

林昕然幫我們安排了靠近小區的那一邊，很安靜。房間很乾凈，看起來很新，也沒有奇怪的或者難聞的味道。晚上到25樓把衣服洗了烘乾，太省事了。對家庭出遊非常友好。
