I thought it was Home Inn, but I found out it was under Home Inn when I arrived. It is different from Home Inn. The room facilities are not new and the layout is a bit old. The washbasin in the bathroom is not big and it is not convenient to put things. The hot water is sometimes available. I don't know where the 4.9 reviews came from. The corridor has ninety-nine and eighty-one turns. The takeaway guy couldn't find the room number.

We stayed in this hotel for the 2025 Lanzhou Marathon. It is very close to Lanzhou West Station. The room facilities are OK, but the space is too small and it is a bit difficult to move around.

房間乾淨整潔，因為我們一路旅遊過來，第一天到達酒店很晚了近11點，空調有點小問題，維修的師傅非常認真仔細，幫我們調試沒想到一個酒店的維修師傅服務意識那麼好.另外前台數字7️⃣小姑娘特別好，第二次又上來問我們現在空調情況，人很耐心，第二天出門前台小姑娘很耐心給我講了蘭州旅遊功率，長的很漂亮有點害羞歐，好像是內蒙古的，第三天走的時候有些衣服沒有拿，是自己不要了，這裏的阿姨收拾東西麻利而且還給前台及時通知以為我們忘記了，數字6️⃣的小姑娘很熱心！總而言之這家老闆真會用人啊，這是我萬萬沒想到快捷酒店的服務那麼奈斯，寫下這些文字立馬推薦朋友們來蘭州，來住這家店，服務好，出門也很方便！環境整潔嘎嘎嘎靈（老闆慧眼識人更加絕）

酒店整體環境很好，車停在樓下很方便。新開酒店乾淨衞生，雖然衞生間洗浴間空間有點小，便不影響使用。去蘭州夜市打車14元左右，也挺方便的。自駕開車晚上到時，最好先與酒店聯繫，方便進入酒店門前停車。

我們每次出差經過蘭州都會住上一晚，但第一次在蘭州住這麼差勁的酒店，房子和實圖差別巨大，存在虛假宣傳，頭頂後面電梯一響了一晚上，退一步講你一個二樓你裝什麼電梯?後半夜就不能停了走樓梯嘛?我壓根沒睡好第二天眼睛都充滿了血絲，房子又小又潮又悶，連行李都沒地方放，我向前台反映這個問題，前台説是我們來的太晚沒有房子，但我在樓道里碰到好多入住的旅客，我看圖上宣傳的挺好才過來，是搞區別對待嘛?還是直接把我們當日本人整，你沒別房子別掛出來，我完全可以去住別的酒店，為啥非要大老遠跑過來受這個罪。前台兩個服務員也不告知房屋的基本情況，你要説這個房子情況我加價升級一下也樂意。侵犯了我作為一個消費者的知情權益，我已向蘭州文旅，和市長熱線投訴，吃相簡直不要太難看。強烈建議電梯兩旁的屋子讓你們自己酒店員工住這試試。看你們是什麼感受?差評!真的是一次特別特別糟糕的一次入住體驗。要不是看前台兩個女的，我早就罵人了。
