I met the cleaning lady when I was out and briefly told me that I would like to extend my stay and asked for cleaning. She was serious and responsible. The name of the hotel will give people the illusion of five stars, but the actual supporting facilities are less than four stars. If the room can be equipped with a towel basket 🧺The bedside table can be equipped with a reading lamp or a typhoon or other decorations, and a luggage chair under the TV may be more meaningful. It's a bit higher grade, but the overall feeling is empty and lacking in connotation, just cold and unwarm.

This hotel was opened less than half a year ago, so I chose him because of its particularly high ratings. Of course the price is reasonable and the location near the Yellow River is great. Close to colleges and universities, there is no shortage of food. . All the facilities in the entire hotel, including decoration, look very high-end, no worse than a four-star hotel. The breakfast is rich, authentic and tastes great. If it is bad, it may be the construction quality and maintenance. There is a parking space in front of the hotel, which is very convenient if you can park. But if there are not enough parking spaces, you have to park in an underground community. After all, it is an underground parking lot built according to residential area standards. The environment and service are judged by other people's opinions. After parking the car, it is a bit far to walk to the hotel, and it takes most people a long time to find the hotel basement entrance. The lobby is very new, and the front desk staff are also very polite and enthusiastic. However, the person who took us to pick up the car disappeared in a blink of an eye. Naturally, it took us a while to find the entrance to the Tang Dynasty. Fortunately, my sense of direction is pretty good and I only took one wrong intersection. The room only has air conditioning and no floor heating. You can press the temperature setting and mode setting buttons when the air conditioning is not turned on. I thought the air conditioner in the room was not working and fumbled before turning on the air conditioner switch. Good hotel service should be reminded in advance, after all, it is different from other air conditioners. There was a leak under the toilet, so the bathroom smelled bad. There were two small windows, one of which had a broken handle, causing the window to not close. There were hairs on the sheets, and possibly traces of nail polish. The folding marks on the sheets were obvious and they were obviously new sheets. After notifying the front desk, they quickly arranged for new sheets to be changed, and the service response was very fast. The aromatherapy used in the hotel may be made of poor quality and may be very stuffy and harsh on the throat. Let the waiter take it away for a while and the problem will be solved. The pictures include water in the bathroom, nail polish and hair on the bed, the Yellow River next to the hotel and the cruise ships on the river.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, the stay is very comfortable, and the service is excellent. The girl No. 003 at the front desk is very gentle and considerate. The breakfast is also very rich. I will stay here again next time. It is a really good hotel and worth recommending.
