After a day of sightseeing, we arrived at 10pm. When we asked the front desk about the hotel parking lot, they directly replied that we could park in the underground garage of the neighborhood next door, and we had to pay according to the charging standard of the neighborhood next door. We went down and looked around for almost an hour, but all we saw were private parking spaces for residents of the neighborhood. There was no place to park. Finally, we had no choice but to park in a corner. There was no staircase leading to the hotel from the underground garage. After parking, we had to walk up the ramp of the garage. We had brought a lot of toiletries with us when we went out to play, so we had to carry them ourselves. When we arrived at the hotel, we gave our ID card to the clerk for a long time, but the hotel registration could not be made. We were already tired after a day of playing, and this made us even more angry. The room was pitifully small, and there was no space for girls' toiletries. The sheets were dirty, and there were yellow water stains on the toilet. The room was so small that it was difficult for two people to turn around. We have stayed in so many hotels, and this one is the worst. All the others are bad👎

The front desk service attitude is poor, and they don't know anything when asked. When I asked the air conditioner why it wasn't cooling, he gave me a sullen look and ignored me. The room was always 26 degrees, and it kept getting hotter and hotter. It was already very dry, so we couldn't get a good rest at night or at noon.

The location is very good, very close to Lanzhou West, but it is not very convenient to not see any hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom when taking a shower
