The environment of this hotel is really good. When I booked the room, I didn't realize that the window was next to the corridor. I asked the front desk to change to a room with good lighting. It was changed. The hotel also prepared souvenirs for me. There were hand masks and toys for children. The room was very big and clean.

The room facilities are very good, the hygiene is very clean, the environment is good, the transportation is convenient, and there is a subway entrance. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western food, which is very delicious. There are delicious beef noodles and barbecue restaurants next to it, which makes it very convenient to eat. Recently, there is also fruit tea every day, which is very considerate service.

The room is very clean and the breakfast is rich in variety. Especially Susu and Xiao Sun at the front desk are very welcoming from check-in to phone inquiries. The location is very good. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the subway station and convenient for travel. The sanitation is very good, and the service is particularly good. There are slippers and toothbrushes for children, and free underground parking. The air conditioner in the room I stayed in was broken and there was no cold air. I turned on the air conditioner in the middle of the night. When I found that there was no cold air, I was too embarrassed to call the waiter. I just slept in the room at 26 degrees Celsius for one night, and I didn't get a good rest at all. The next day I took a shower and adjusted the water temperature switch, but it fell off as soon as I touched it. When I pressed it again, I didn't know whether the water temperature was cold or hot, so I fumbled and took a shower. In addition, the conditioner was not replenished in time, the bottle was empty, and the hair was left to be washed. It’s really hard to describe in words! I suggest the staff check all aspects of the hotel where I stayed, not just the service attitude at the front desk. The engineering and cleaning were full of flaws.
