Wyndham Garden Lanzhou West Railway Station Reviews

Love the room design and grateful for the free treats. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

Room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Needed to be close to the train station and it was within walking distance … breakfast was simple .

The hotel is nice and new, and very close to the hight speed train station. Other than that the area is very boring, this is not the centre. also in the room you could only put on central heating and not cooling, making the air very warm and hard to breath. I slept very bad because it was so warm in the room even after turning off the heating. there were also mosquitos in the room when i came in. other than that, the design in the room was very good.

The room are gorgeousss!!! Also super convenient if you arrive by train. The Staff also helped me book my bus for the next day which so super helpful. WiFi is very instable tho, I had to stay on my phone data.

The hotel is in a good location, less than 10 minutes' walk from Lanzhou West Station, on the north side of the station. The hotel room is spacious, and the toilet and shower room are separated. The bed is soft and hard enough for a good night's sleep. The breakfast is quite rich.

The Wyndham Garden Hotel opposite Lanzhou West Railway Station has spacious rooms with reasonable layout. The floor-to-ceiling windows ensure sufficient sunlight, warmth and comfort. Wang Xia, the deputy manager at the front desk, is gentle and beautiful. We lined up the room before arriving at the hotel, made an appointment for the pick-up station, and arranged the meal coupons in advance. She is considerate! The hotel decoration and color matching not only maintain the green and healthy concept of Wyndham Garden Hotel, but also incorporate the color elements of Dunhuang murals. The color matching is bold, highlighting the characteristics without losing the sense of luxury. The breakfast restaurant is located on the 29th floor of the hotel. The restaurant has refreshing cold dishes, exquisite hot dishes, seasonal fruits, freshly baked bread, exquisite Western pastries, traditional Chinese pastries, local snacks, authentic beef noodles and other delicacies.

The environment is comfortable and the transportation is convenient. It is very close to Lanzhou West Station. There is a car to pick up and drop off in and out of the West Station. Welcome food was also given when checking in. Special praise should be given to the staff Wang Xia. When checking out, she helped to arrange ticket issuance and send off to the station. I will stay here again next time I come to Lanzhou

This is my second time staying here. It is very close to the West Railway Station, so it is convenient to travel and the environment is comfortable. The service is the most worthy of praise. The staff is really considerate, especially the beautiful lady Wang Xia, who is warm and thoughtful. If I choose to stay here next time, it will probably be for this warm service, which makes people feel at home. But I have a small suggestion. As a mid-to-high-end hotel, the details of room hygiene need to be improved. There is a very obvious layer of dust on the kettle on the back of the room door, and there are some places that are easily overlooked. I could have left it alone, but I thought that it would be improved by mentioning it, so that it will get better and better.

The hardware facilities are complete, the environment is very comfortable, the service is excellent, and the location is very convenient. It is right next to the high-speed rail station and there are many Lanzhou delicacies around. After all, it is a big chain brand and worth staying in.

The hotel is located near Lanzhou West Railway Station, but because there is a construction in front of Lanzhou West Railway Station, it takes a little more time to walk here, but the hotel can see Lanzhou West Railway Station, the location is very good; 15 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a square called Zhongtianjian, there are many restaurants, shops, hotels. The hotel feels very high-end, not that kind of homestay, the lobby is large, the room is also large, clean, sanitary, with a bathtub, disposable bath bag, very good. There are many choices for breakfast, overall it is above average, highly recommended.
