Our room is very spacious but seemed a bit dusty, not sure whether it has been vacant for quite some time. There was also smell from the bathroom, likely from poor drainage.

The room was very clean. You can park in the basement right in front of the unit door, but you have to pay for parking separately. The basement of the community is connected, and you can go out from other exits to the new community next door to walk the dog, and then return the same way after the walk (the property management of the next door community uses access control).
