首先感謝本店主管小王，七十多歲的我們從海南長途跋涉自駕來到本酒店是小王非常耐心熱情的接待了我們，並幫我們找人停車，心裏真的是暖暖的。
酒店環境不錯，房間衞生乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，床上用品雪白，洗漱用品配備齊全，早餐適合各種口味，餐廳服務員服務態度很好。

酒店裝修時間不長，設施完好，信價比超高，浴室洗澡水很熱很沖，布草乾淨整潔，酒店位置很好，距東方紅廣場約1.3公里，出酒店就有公交車，可以直接到到黃河風情線、省博物館，西湖公園等景區，酒店早餐很豐富，如果再來一蘭州一定還住宜曼酒店。

第一：訂的房間吵，這一點給我的理由是特價房我可以理解，溝通説沒其他房可以換，可以説不換，給我的答覆是房滿了
第二：酒店外賣不讓上樓理由是太亂了，既然不讓上舒適性酒店既然不能送上來，10分鐘下樓取了兩趟外賣，行自己點的外賣，我自己下樓拿我也能理解
第三：所謂怕太亂，公共區域很亂，房間異味也很重，完全沒有服務可言，可能是我定的便宜的，這我也能理解
最後體驗感很差，我是我差評的理由，我的理解是老闆不差錢，平台很支持這家店，生意太好了

位置還是挺不錯的，離中心區域不遠。4樓有洗衣房，對旅行的遊人很友好。服務態度很好，是值得一住的酒店之一。

各方面都比較滿意，環境很好，保密性也很好電梯需要刷卡，衞生間和淋浴間也是單獨的這樣和朋友住一起也不會很尷尬。交通比較便利出門就是公交車站，在蘭州市區通行公交足夠了。前台小姐姐人超好，我想要帶窗的房間因為訂完了就免費給我升級了房間。非常不錯，下次來蘭州玩還住這裏。

首先説下停車酒店旁邊有一條巷子是可以停車的，位置有限，先到先得，房間不大，但是暖氣一個晚上打的不暖和，還沒有外面走廊暖和，廁所出來走廊有一個夜燈是感應的，一個晚上自己又開又關而且還關不掉，搞得一個晚上睡不好，因為睡下了也起不來換房間，因為還在過年廚師也沒有上班，沒有吃到酒店的早餐。好在酒店不遠處還有不錯的蘭州拉麪。
