This beautiful boutique was our little heaven and refuge for us during our roadtrip through China. What made our stay outstanding was the wonderful welcome and the invaluable help we got from Suzy, our English speaking host and one of the supervisors. Her English is amazing and she sorted out all our problems and fulfilled all our wishes we had. Rarely had such an excellent support , she made our stay in Lanzhou one we will remember 🙏
Apart from this the hotel is brand new, beautifully designed (we loved the smell in the lobby!!) and had really everything we needed (an amazing laundry room too !!). We stayed much longer than we intended. Thank you so much. Greetings from the “Italians” ;-))

The hotel itself is very well put together and great value for money. The location by the Old Street as well as close to the subway make it ideal for travelling and accessing the rest of the city.

Read my other review. Rebooked a Consecutive night stay only because I didn't want to busy myself changing hotel.
Nice hotel if you look pass the querks.
Breakfast and laundry is a trudge to its sister hotel through an open corridor that channels and accelerate the wind. Think cold winter morning and night.
Metal door handles on the outside of the entrance.
Room access card for the lift automatically lights up multiple floors. Try this when you get a top floor room.
Just to mention a few.
Front desk is peculiar. Friendly BUT!
They are not very knowledgeable about local information.
They request repeatedly for direct booking for subsequent night stays BUT they will only match the best price you can find online. What about my loyalty points and promo coupons?
They also pester for perfect reviews and ratings. But they will only give generic responses, albeit politely. Very system generated barely matching current AI tech.

There was no urging for check-out, and I checked out at almost 2 o'clock. The room is clean and comfortable, spacious and bright, and the mattress is very comfortable. I like it. It is relatively cost-effective in Lanzhou Old Street. It is suitable for traveling and staying, which saves money. The geographical location is very superior. You can take a taxi when you go out. The breakfast was good, the room was OK, the hair dryer didn't work and it was fixed. I stayed for two days, and on the third morning I had to catch a flight and left first. My husband sent me back and they also extended the check-out to 4 o'clock. Jingjing (should be this word) at the front desk provided good service!
