酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店位置優越，出門都是吃飯的地方。客房清潔人員也很親切，前台哥哥也很熱情，房間的價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到的不止一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火。

這次是第二次入住了，地理位置優越，離張掖路步行街就三四百米，附近小吃，早餐店都很多，吃飯方便，離中山橋和黃河也很近七八百米吧，房間乾淨衞生，很暖和，智能音箱小度也很給力，一次性用品也不是劣質的那種，關鍵是價格很親民，提前退房退款進度很快。還能看到夜景。總之就是推薦

蘭州張掖路格林東方酒店是我近期入住過的一家令人印象深刻的酒店。
酒店的設計獨具特色，融合了現代簡約與傳統元素，營造出一種温馨舒適的氛圍。客房寬敞明亮，設施齊全，床品舒適，讓人一夜好眠。景觀大床房的視野尤為開闊，可以欣賞到美麗的山景，日落時分更是美不勝收。

分開訂的三天的優享房，先給我開的一間靠近電梯的頭房，下水道反味嚴重，牆體多處大面積發黴，衞生間還有垃圾、頭髮的房間。
後來實在住不下去要求換房，前台處理到還還行，升級了一個高級大，但是又是一個靠近樓梯的尾房，門口的牆上又是有發黴，被子感覺灰味很大，窗户需要一直開着，住了一晚嗓子特別疼，不想折騰了挺了三天，帶病離開蘭州
在別的城市剛住過格林東方，跟蘭州這家同價位下完全是兩個檔次。

房間設備很新，使用小度語音控制。
前台小哥哥很好，諮詢機場路線什麼的都很熱情。
打掃的阿姨也很好，及時補充礦泉水等。
酒店地理位置很好，周圍500米內有去往各個景點的公交車，離夜市小吃街都很近，附近也有很多評分很高的飯店。
缺點1:門口衹有台階沒有斜坡，獨自提大行李箱的話，要辛苦一點，但是也就幾節台階。
缺點2:化粧鏡背後還有前住户留下的雙眼皮貼，衞生細節可以更完善。
整體來説非常滿意，旅遊住宿推薦。
