Mercure Lanzhou West

It was a great experience. I made an appointment online in advance. The front desk service attitude was very good. They checked me in and introduced me to the fun and delicious things around. Hygiene: Very good, the room lady was very welcoming and gave me two extra bottles of mineral water. I felt like I was back home!!!

This is the worst Mercure I have ever stayed in, bar none. It is not as good as the Four Seasons next door. First, the shower water either takes a long time to get hot water, or the hot and cold switches are terrible, and it takes at least five minutes to adjust to the appropriate temperature. The company ordered it for four days, and it was the same every day, even when I changed rooms. The second is the toilet, a smart toilet without a water tank. It can't even flush a piece of hand towel (it's not blocked), let alone squatting to poop. It needs to be flushed at least five or six times to dilute it. It's disgusting and doesn't work at all. Also, the light on the toilet flashes all night and can't be turned off. The bathroom has a frosted glass door that can't block out the light at all, so it's very important for a good sleep quality. Also, they always call you around 10 or 11 o'clock to ask you to check out. Don't I know how to check out? Do you need to rush me like this? Another time, when I came back from an outing, I was asked to swipe my room card to go up and pack my things, but I didn't give him the card and asked the waiter to open the door. Are you afraid that I won't stay in the room? I come to Lanzhou and stay there for at least one week every month. I will never stay here again if I live in the All Seasons next door. As shown in the picture, it cannot be turned off at all.

地理位置很方便，房間很乾凈，前台態度很好。點外賣也很方便，旁邊就是中天建和蘭州中心。離博物館也很近，可以步行。
