這次入住真的超出預期！從進入酒店大堂開始，前台小姐姐小哥哥就有問好，前台辦理入住很快，還主動告知酒店附近景點，房間都是有窗户得，沒有暗窗，床品柔軟舒適，隔音做的也很好，房間配備蚊香液，電視可以投屏，酒店一樓就是洗衣房，還可以烘乾有熨燙機，酒店乾淨明亮，設施便利，健身房條件優良，自助洗衣設施方便。對於經常出差的人士來説，房價實惠，免費停車，居住體驗滿意。客房內設施一應俱全，工作人員素質出眾，與一般快捷商務酒店截然不同。早餐種類豐富，設施新穎，床品柔軟舒適，整體體驗物超所值，令人滿意。酒店環境好，地理位置優越，前台服務熱情，周到，客房打掃非常及時，高效，工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，設身處地為客人着想。非常滿意的一次入住體驗！

離吾悦廣場非常近，是步行距離，吃喝都很方便。酒店旁邊就是非常大的菜市場，可以買到新鮮時令水果和百合。
房間大且敞亮，挺乾淨的，提供的物品很豐富。
早飯種類多，還有本地牛肉麪，性價比高。

環境:前台説他們是直營店，旁邊還有一家加盟店，都在街邊的一個院子裏，我們去的時候入口處有修路，酒店並沒有通知提示，有一點懵和不方便。出院門口街邊有飯店和超市，我們吃飯在門口吃的。停車的話停在院裏，酒店衹負責過夜費，白天進出的費用不管，而且連續住的話每天需要把車開出去進出一次，辦理入住的時候還有客人因為不瞭解停車規定產生了停車費，在和前台溝通，前台反饋有提示牌客人不看是客人的問題。（為了避免大家受影響，把規定大致寫在評論裏，入住時一定要和前台問清楚哈。）
設施：普通中端連鎖酒店的水平，20+平米的房間，停車場，洗衣機，早餐廳，機器人。
衞生：朋友先上去看的房，説是有味道，換了一間房，我們也上去看了，一個房間裏有尿味，另一個房間裏有淡淡的煙味，酒店噴了很濃重的香水，應該是為了遮掩異味。其他地面桌面床品是乾淨的。
服務：為了有味道的問題上下兩趟和酒店協調換房，體驗不好，在反饋有味道的問題時又遭到前台的質疑，好像我們是故意挑剔似的，體驗更不好了，（這時處理反饋的前台就是剛才説客人自己不看停車提示牌的前台，）建議酒店對這位前台培訓一下，處理問題沒有耐心也很不專業，沒有連鎖品牌工作人員的服務態度。後來一位年輕的小姑娘來處理的問題，態度很好，承認問題，也有補償方案，很好，但可能被嚇到了，有些侷促（你看到評論的話，其實大可不必侷促）

房間住的很舒服，也很安靜，最早是同事推薦過來住的，已經第四次入住了，這個季節的蘭州温度和合適。早上去黃河邊跑了一圈，不過從賓館到黃河有2公里，跑過去需要經過幾個紅綠燈，注意安全
