You can walk to Baitashan Park and the Yellow River Cableway. There are many delicious foods in the surrounding area. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent a lot of guidebooks.

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk and service staff are very enthusiastic, the location is very good, it is close to the night market and surrounding popular attractions. The only small flaw is that the air conditioning volume cannot be adjusted by myself, and the strong wind noise affects my sleep, so I turned it off. Overall, it is very good! There are so many delicious foods in Lanzhou, I will come again next time!

We stayed here as a family to end our road trip around Qinghai and Gansu. The hotel is wonderfully appointed with soft beds and really comfortable rooms. We arrived too late for dinner in so ate noodles outside at one of many nearby places. The view over the Yellow River is pretty good and the hotel breakfast is very good value. The staff deserve special praise, very helpful for the checkin with all the Covid health code requirements they were very helpful. A special mention to the concierge, Wei Keyang/ICE, the concierge on duty was extremely helpful with my last minute request to ship some awkward shaped bulky souvenirs back to Jiangsu home. I caused no end of problems which he was very happy to help with and dillgently solved, even after we had checked out and got to the airport. It is service like this that really makes the difference and is very much appreciated.

The location is very convenient n amenities were befitting that of a business hotel. That said the fact that only 1-2 lifts(mostly 1 while we were there) works and it takes an average of 7mins for it to arrive each time we used it(off peak n breakfast hours) leaves a lot to be desited(although the floor manager we ran into acknowledges it's an issue they have been trying to resolve).
