We had a amazing stay. Lovely beds, shower and the food for breakfast was delicious and had such variation! The staff were incredibly helpful.
Li Wenqiao was particularly superb!! He went out of his way to help us we any questions and needs we had during our stay (often before we even had the chance to ask!). This included sorting us out car hires in Lanzhou and beyond. Despite the language barrier he made a sincere effort to make us feel welcome and check we understood everything we needed to know.
Wang Naipeng was also amazingly helpful! Coming to the rescue when we ordered takeout to completely the wrong place 😂
We wish were returning to Lanzhou again soon, so we could stay in the hotel again! :)

The service is excellent, beyond expectations. The room is large, and mineral water, two flavors of tea bags and coffee bags are available. The facilities are complete, the electric curtains are very convenient, the view is relatively wide, the environment is good, and it is not noisy. It is very close to the subway station and Lanzhou Station, and it is very convenient. You can also walk to Zhongtianjian by the road next to it. There are many delicious foods. Stayed for three days and was very satisfied in every aspect. I originally booked it for only one day, but I renewed it for another day and another day. I loved it so much that I couldn't bear to leave.
First, we entered the hotel lobby to check in. The front desk staff enthusiastically poured a cup of hot tea. Check-in was also very fast and we quickly arrived at the room.
The room feels very open as soon as you open it, and the design and layout are very natural.
The room is fully intelligent, with a very cute Xiaodu, who can turn on the lights, turn on the TV, open the curtains, etc. Just call Xiaodu, and you can also chat with Xiaodu. There are robots delivering takeaways and missing items. During my three-day stay, the robots came nine times. I really like the cute robots.
There is also night fruit and milk in the evening.
The breakfast is also very good, I can eat it every day. But getting up for breakfast was difficult because the bed was so comfortable.
Finally, I had nothing to do and drew a floor plan of the room. If you don't draw well, just play around and make do with it. The actual area is a little larger than what I drew, and there is a slight error in my measurement.

This beautiful boutique was our little heaven and refuge for us during our roadtrip through China. What made our stay outstanding was the wonderful welcome and the invaluable help we got from Suzy, our English speaking host and one of the supervisors. Her English is amazing and she sorted out all our problems and fulfilled all our wishes we had. Rarely had such an excellent support , she made our stay in Lanzhou one we will remember 🙏
Apart from this the hotel is brand new, beautifully designed (we loved the smell in the lobby!!) and had really everything we needed (an amazing laundry room too !!). We stayed much longer than we intended. Thank you so much. Greetings from the “Italians” ;-))

The room is very clean and the soundproofing is relatively good. The front desk was very considerate and gave me a breakfast coupon (quàn). The not-so-greasy and pure home-cooked food is delicious. There is a direct drinking machine in the room so you don’t have to worry about not getting hot water. All in all, it’s great. One experience, Sanyuanli will be your first choice next time

Walking into the room of Atour Hotel, I was immediately attracted by its spaciousness and cleanliness. Every detail in the room seemed to be carefully taken care of. I put down my luggage and walked to the window, and an amazing super night view immediately came into view. The lights of the city flickered like a sea of stars, and the Yellow River was downstairs. It was the right choice to choose this hotel. The next day, I was about to pack up and go out, and I heard a knock on the door. I opened the door and a smiling staff member stood outside the door. Her name is Kaiyan, and she is the aunt in charge of cleaning the room. She gently asked me if I needed help and asked if I needed to clean up. I said I could clean now. She was skilled and gentle, so I packed up and went out. While tidying up the room, Kaiyan noticed the clothes I soaked in the basin. She took the initiative to help me wash them. She not only washed the clothes cleanly, but also carefully helped me iron them flat. When I came back and saw those neat and new clothes, I couldn't help but feel a warm current in my heart. Kaiyan's service is not only considerate, but also full of care. Her smile and enthusiasm made me feel at home. I spent several wonderful nights in this spacious and tidy room. Whenever night falls, I will sit by the window and enjoy the charming night view. Kaiyan's attentive service adds a touch of warmth and comfort to my journey. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, waiter 061 greeted me with a smile and a warm greeting. When checking in, not only was the operation proficient and fast, but he also introduced the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions in detail, which was considerate and professional.
During my stay, every time I passed the front desk, I could get 061's concerned eyes and greetings, which made me feel warm. When I encountered problems and inquiries, 061 always responded positively at the first time and tried his best to help solve them. That kind of serious and responsible attitude is really rare. When checking out, the procedures were smooth and unimpeded, and he didn't forget to send a warm farewell. 061 adds color to the hotel with excellent service, and I will definitely choose here again next time I travel!

It is also close to the subway station, making it convenient to get in and out. The room is very new and fully equipped with automatic curtains, smart toilet, etc. The mattress is very comfortable and I can have a good sleep at night. The room is very quiet and not noisy at all. The front desk service was very good, and I even snored proactively. Next time I come to Lanzhou, I will choose to stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserI chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.

ZZxingThis hotel is full of spring, very good, with a great environment. It absorbs the fragrance of books from a high-level university. It is especially comfortable to rest in the room. When taking the guestroom - single occupant you get a whole room for yourself (small, but your own). Not the normal hostel style and basically it is like a hotel room. Just a bit smaller and shared bathroom / showers.
Truly a hidden gem (see the entrance photo).
Not to forget, great location! Right next to the Yellow River Bridge! Ans next to Xiguan metro, just a few stops from West Railway on line 1, which is perfect if coming from the airport.

Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
