The 42nd floor of the hotel has a beautiful view, complete smart facilities throughout the house, high-grade daily necessities, unlimited drinks in the refrigerator, no charges, comfortable bedding, and I tried Atour's sleep pillow, which is great! This time I went to Lanzhou for a short trip, thinking about the hotel far from the city center, the environment will be quieter and better. So I chose the Libai Hotel. The hotel positioning is a four-star hotel, but the details still need to be improved. 1. The surrounding area of the hotel should be under development and construction, with more infrastructure projects, resulting in more dust on the ground in the hotel corridor. 2. When booking on the platform, I was worried that there would be no windows. I called the hotel to confirm it twice. The staff said that there were windows, but there was no special prompt. It was a small window. 3. Fiber with cleaning supplies remains on the cup. 4. The bathroom and bathroom floor water separation treatment is not done well, when taking a bath, the water will flow a lot outside. 5. The function of the rain shower head is too simple, there is a kind of water, the water is a little bigger, and the body will hurt. 6. I originally intended to stay 2 nights at Hyatt, but ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights because of the excellent service & the amazing view from my room. I switched rooms twice, because other customers secretly smoked in their rooms and the 2nd hand smoke infiltrated into mine, even though the hotel has a strict policy of no smoking. The staff and especially Owen, the front desk manager, was especially accommodating. He made every effort to see to my comfort during my stay, even upgrading my room and offering two free breakfasts because of the smoking issue. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel in Lanzhou - the service & room & pool & gym & food (the Lanzhou beef noodles) are excellent!

The room is clean and tidy, and the location is excellent. It is just a few hundred meters from the city center, and there is a pedestrian street and food street. You can walk to the Yellow River Iron Bridge and the commercial center. The breakfast is very rich and diverse. There is freshly ground coffee, which is super good.

When you enter the hotel, you will like the environment and style of the whole hotel. The layout of each item in the room is very reasonable. The brightness of the lights and the location of the layout make people feel very comfortable. The bath water and toiletries, which are very important for staying in a hotel, are all OK. It is comfortable and there is no dead corner. This hotel is very close to the railway station, and it is only a few minutes' walk to the railway station. It is the first choice for passengers. I will choose to stay here in the future. The naan and beef in the beef noodle shop next to the hotel are delicious!

The hotel is strategically located opposite to Lanzhou station. However, if you have a train from west station, keep an hour in hand in peak traffic.It is a 25 RMB ride. Plenty of noodle places and small supermarkets around. Facilities are OK for the price offered. More importantly, they take foreigners. This is an important thing to consider if you travel in China, as not all hotels take foreigners. I did not take the breakfast as I had to catch an early train.
