Very clean pool and surrounding areas, nice little bar which make lovely cocktails. Very chilled apartments although for 4 people it can be a little snug but we managed, if you can book a2 bed I would but it wouldn’t stop us returning. A few bars nearby but end of the main ***** is a bit of a trek especially with children but taxis are cheap. We went to the Buccaneer a few times which is on the cusp of the old town and it was just over £3euros. There’s a lovely hidden Irish bar opposite the 5star Fariones hotel which serves the best food, the chorizo pasta

We arrived for 4 nights had a 2 bedroom south facing apartment overlooking the pool.Check in was quick and very friendly we were thrilled with the apartment lovely and spacious, well equipped and very clean,we were left a bottle of wine and a bottle of water which was a nice touch. The pool bar was amazing the people were so friendly, hard working and really made us feel welcome we had drinks and breakfast which were all good and very cheap there white sangria with champagne was delicious .Sun beds were reserved early particularly on the side that gets the sun later on in the day. But we didnt mind as had a lovely large balcony to chill on.we were on our second night watching TV at 7.30pm the neighbours next door banged on our door aggressively shouting at us saying they were trying to sleep and turn tv down very rude and we were not having a party we were watching TV,the next day we received a note from the reception to say several Complaints made about us said we were blasting music till 10pm at night just like to add we had no music device with us or a speaker or anything we were just watching TV.My husband took the note to reception next day to explain and apparently not several complaints just the one apartment who had been aggressive towards us he tried to say it didn't matter and they had been back next day and said we had been very quiet the next night, we had to watch tv with subtitles on and volume on 10 as didnt want another complaint he said he had written down there complaint but didn't seem particularly interested in ours felt as if we had been told off and it did dampen the holiday we go away 5x ayear and never ever have we had a noise complaint or any complaint made against us so all in all fab apartment the whole pool area and poolside bar wonderful but can't see us returning to Las Adelfas although we may of just been unlucky with the neighbours.

These apartments are in a great location for the airport and the beach. The apartments are big and well equipped. We had a two bedroom apartment and there was a separate toilet as well as a bathroom. Beds were comfy. There is no air con which is stated when you book but it was tricky to sleep with the heat. The fans did not really help! Reception staff did help us to hire an air conditioning unit for 50 euros for the week. It has a hose to release the hot air so you constantly need to leave a door or window open. We were on the first floor so this wasn’t a problem but could be an issue on the ground floor. Cleaners came in after 4 days (it states after 3 days in the hotel info!) but you can get clean towels regularly from Reception (although they’re only there between 9-5). The pool area is clean and well maintained. There is a little cafe and the staff are lovely but it’s currently only open between 10 and 5 and stops serving food after 3.45pm. Food is fresh and tasty. The beach is beautiful and is right on your doorstep. There are also lots of shops and restaurants very close by. The major downside to this hotel (and the reason we won’t come back) is the sun bed situation. The hotel caters for 197 people when full but only has 90 sunbeds. People were reserving beds overnight and nothing is done about it. We complained to the reception staff who told us they do remove towels, as stated in their hotel information, and they said they put notes through everyone’s doors asking people to stop doing it. No one we spoke to had received a note and towels were only removed if people asked the lifeguard to remove them. There are also only 19 parasols around the pool. They will not let you buy a parasol or bring one due to a previous incident. This could be a problem if you have little children who need a lot of shade. The lifeguard regularly disappears. A little girl fell in the pool at one point and he was nowhere to be seen. Pool rules state the pool is open between 10 and 5. People swim in the pool after midnight, often children. Basically management do not enforce any of their policies! We have had a lovely holiday as it is what you make of it but we would not return.

Just back from a fabulous week here. 2 Adults and 3 kids in a 2 bedroom apartment. Plenty room for everyone and having 2 shower rooms was great! Apartment was spotless as was the pool area. Lovely pool with plenty sunbeds for everyone. Pool bar was well stocked and the food was great. Good choices on the menu and very reasonable too. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is a supermarket at the end of the road which was handy for essentials. 10 Minute walk took you onto the start of the ***** where there were plenty bars/restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend it.

Gem of a place, we arrived early 11 am and didn't expect to check in until 3 pm however, as soon as we arrived we got checked in and even given an upgrade on our apartment. We were thrilled to bits with this 😀 The apartment was lovely and clean a sun trap in the afternoon/evenings no issues apart from air conditioning we had one fan but hey we just got on with it. Everyone had pool view rooms so there's no disappointment there. The ladies who worked behind the pool bar were lovely friendly and cooked a great breakfast 😋 They all worked really hard to keep everyone happy. There was a lifeguard throughout the day and they also walked around to keep the pool area clean and tidy. All the children got to enjoy and share the inflatables. The only con we had was on our last day 14th July there we different lady's working behind the pool bar and we went over and sat on the chairs as there we're no one sat there as we were trying to be considerate of not smoking around families but the lady came out and told us if we were not ordering anything then we couldn't sit there for a couple of minutes to have a fag ok no problem but I then witnessed a lady make her own food and bring it to the table and eat it also not ordering anything herself and no one said anything to her I felt the same rule should apply. And the same evening at 11 pm I witnessed a man putting out 7 towels on the sunbeds for the morning I suppose there's not a lot you can do about selfish people like that but apart from that we had an absolutely amazing time. It also has English channels BBC 1 and ITV and you can buy water from the pool bar. The ***** is only a 10 minute walk away everything is in walking distance. Thank you 😊 if I were to come back to Lanzarote again I would come back to this little gem 💎

A gem of a place. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment. Rooms were clean and a nice welcome package of food after and wine when we arrived. Pool area kept clean and plenty of sunbeds. Small pool bar was cracking. Reasonably priced and food is really good. Especially the tuna mayo toasties. Cleaners come in every 3 days if you’re there for a week. We will def be back.
