Literally the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I would love to return here. Comfort and luxury at its finest in the perfect location. Stunning views. Beach is at the bottom of the stairs on the hotel. The whole place is sparkling clean and smells wonderful. 10/10

What a gem, fantastic property, pool, gardens, beach access (x3) rooms, breakfast restaurants. Sea view suite was stunning for all 3 couples, everything you need, really high quality with daily cleaning, water and turndown service (lovely housekeeping team) Kaori Fusion, breakfast and lunch were first class, we found it hard to leave the property With EuroDivers right outside we will be back year after year

Wow! Hotel Fariones is a fantastic 5* Hotel right on the beach so you can listen to the relaxing sound of the sea from the balcony of your Hotel room. We are lucky enough to have stayed there for our 3rd year and it was amazing to enter the Hotel on our 1st day and to be recognised by so many of the staff. We were known as “the family” . I was unfortunately taken ill from the beginning of the holiday (bug from the plane) but the staff were so kind to me. Every day members of staff asked how I was and if there was anything they could do for me, they were amazing. We have to thank Mario, Fernandez, Harriet and Gaspar (chef) to name but a few for remembering us and making us so welcome again. ALL of the staff whether they are the Reception staff, waiters and waitresses, restaurant staff and maids were so friendly and very helpful despite the language barrier in some cases. We sadly returned back home yesterday but are already planning to return back to the Hotel again next year. Thank you to you all at Hotel Fariones

Been a favourite of ours for 3 years now since we discovered this gem of a hotel and cannot see us going anywhere else at this time of year .The rooms are stunning along with the grounds.Cocktails are made fresh and taste wonderful.The addition of a library area is a great idea along with the new towel issue.Buffet as always wide variety and plentiful .What makes this special though apart from the secluded beach , rooms, bars, furnishings (we now have same wallpaper in our house ) are the staff .From check in to check out they are always smiling asking how you are ,if there are any issues and basically cannot do enough for you.Too many to mention however Mario who showed us to our room sets that crucial first impression but as I say all staff are immaculate and superb ambassadors.Only small thing which is problematic in every hotel are some guests although plenty of sunbeds tend to put towels down particularly around the two whirlpool’s and not come back for hours .Last year the pool assistant was great as he had no problem with guests reserving then going for breakfast as he would take a note of the times and place a small sticker on bed but every day there were ones being reserved for hours.Even on Sunday when market was on towels were out down then guests went to market an hour away in Costa T .As I say not a big issue as only tended to be around the whirlpool area but unfair on guests who enjoy that particular area of the beautiful gardens.Only other petty thing is some bulbs out on wall lights in restaurant which were out all week and with the many staff and especially maintenance staff on site these small things need to be addressed as it’s small things like this that can give the wrong impression to the first time guests.Overall cannot wait to return next year .Keep up the great work.

My wife and I called in for an early afternoon, chilled drink at Hotel Fariones whilst we were visiting Carmen del Puerto. We had been here on previous occasions and it is always a pleasant experience. We chose a table on the terrace adjacent to the bar area in the large, airy reception area. As always, the staff were pleasant and courteous. We ordered one glass of cava and one Mahou 0% beer, the drinks came served with paprika flavoured crisps on the side. The first round was so enjoyable that we just had to have another round and continue “people watching”! All in all another very pleasant visit in a quality hotel where the drinks are very reasonably priced, with cocktails from €8.95. Well worth a visit if you are in Carmen.

From the moment we got out of the taxi the hotel can only be described as a little piece of heaven. Our cases were taken care of by the fantastic Manual who showed us to our room. It was late and dark but he showed us the facilities of hotel and showed us the workings of the room. We had a high floor sea view room which was spotless with a glorious view when the sun came up. Bed and pillows fantastic. Shower just glorious. The breakfast had everything you could want and we were always greeted by fantastically friendly staff. I celebrated my birthday while I was there and was immediately greeted with happy birthday by all the staff. That evening a lovely cake was left in our room with a fantastic hand written message wishing me a happy birthday. The pool area was faultless. Very comfortable sun loungers and plenty of towels available. Staff were always close by for drinks which arrived very quickly. Lovely path down to the beach with plenty of showers to wash off the sand on our return. Just a fantastic place to relax and spend some time. Can’t wait to return

This has been a fantastic holiday for myself and my husband at this beautiful hotel. 5* service from every member of staff has meant we have felt thoroughly relaxed and will not hesitate to return. This was our first trip to Lanzarote but certainly won’t be our last! The food has been excellent, housekeeping has exceeded expectations, the chocolates at bedtime have been appreciated and the friendly staff really know how to look after their guests. The pool area and grounds are impeccable and the proximity to two fabulous beaches is also fabulous. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Wow! This hotel is definitely 5*. We've been to a few lately and this is the first one we said ticks all the boxes. They have thought of everything. From the decor, service, food, amenities, its all excellent. The sea view and hearing the waves rolling in from the well thought out comfy chairs on your balcony was extra special. The bed and blackout blinds are amazing! The only minor thing we'd say is they seem to over cook all the vegetables at dinner, they need to cook them a lot less! Soggy, mushy veg isn't nice. But otherwise we couldn't complain, so much choice, the littke starter plates incredible and chef cooks yoir protein for you fresh. I'm really fussy with food and this was so good. The breakfast and evening buffet was amazing although dinner wouldn't be great if you were vegan as not many vegan choices) but we didn't need to go out at all which we normally do. The Asian restaurant was incredible which you get money towards, highly recommend. We didn't go to the Mediterranean restaurant as the menu wasn't for us. There's a big supermarket nearby which is fab to get cheap drinks and lunch bits and shops to look around in the evening if you wish. We did the local vineyard tour, organised for us by the hotel which we'd highly recommend, it was fascinating! All in all, we'll definitely be visiting again, Oh and the lindt red chocolate ball on your pillow at night turn down service was a winner! Thank you for a great holiday. Highly recommend.

We booked this 18 months ago after looking around the hotel. In fact, we booked it as soon as we got home . This was a treat from my wife to celebrate my 66th birthday. On arrival, our cases were unloaded, we went through check in and were upgraded to a room on a higher floor, which was great-the only downside was that the previous occupants hadnt checked out, so we had about a 2 hour wait until it was available. We were given a complimentary drink while we waited. The wait was worth it. The room was very large and the view was gorgeous and 5he 2 double beds were so comfy. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful . We used the services of the guest experience team several times and nothing was too much trouble. There was a good selection of food at breakfast. We ate dinner in the bar on our last night and Lucia and Pedro had agreed we could order food off of the more extensive lunch menu-thank you for that-the Cherne was delicious. We also ate in the Bella Lucia buffet one night and enjoyed the meal, but were shocked when paying that the cost was 53 euros each without drinks. This is currently the only restaurant on the website that doesn't have a menu and prices and this should be rectified. On my birthday, a delivery of a freshly made cake and decorations were delivered and this was a lovely gesture as we had not mentioned this at all. Thank you. The grounds are extensive and beautifully maintained. The pool staff were helpful with problems putting the parasol up. There was never a problem finding beds in a good location. Would we return? Absolutely, but I have got to start saving now for this.
