Atlantis Las Lomas

This complex is big with 2 pools. Stayed in a studio. It was ok comfortable enough. The only issue was the smell from the toilet was horrible. We had to leave bathroom window open all the time. Think to do with drains. Staff were good and the place is kept clean. I would stay again but not in this studio. We were only here for 4 nights so put up with it.

Worst place I've ever stayed mold everywhere in the bathroom cracked tiles, broken windows that opened during the night. nearly every sunbed was broken. very old, uncomfortable and outdated Furniture. just horrible. took 2 days to get a bath mat and extra pillow. Awful place

Recently back from my 8 night stay with husband and kids.. booked last min holiday to join family members which were already booked into the complex. (They Booked a year In advance) I emailed for our dates there was only unrefurbished apartments left which I took as people said they were still spotless. I’ll start with the positives very good location, friendly cleaning staff, nice clean pools and good restaurant/bar thats about all. We stayed in 185 bins facing in the complex and also out on the road which will wake you up most mornings when getting emptied (7am) The bed frames were hanging off the wall on one side the bed it’s self is basically a mental camping bed with a rock hard mattress few sheets and throw which is Bally and looked like it had never been washed. Chipped tiles, cracks, holes and bubbling on the walls and skirting board all over the apartment. The bath tap was hanging off and was scolding hot when the hot water was on The bath was years old, had rust chips and stains on it, it was that old. We had to shower our 9 week old baby. The toilet just smelt of pure urine even after being cleaned. Filthy. The kitchen was old and grubby the amenities needed threw out and replaced, kettle full of limescale not good when you have to make babies bottles from, the microwave had rust in it and you had to pull it open, the cuterly holder in the drawer looked like it had never been clean. The furniture is so dated and had cravings in it name 2009 etc and the sofa bed mattress had clearly never been replaced either. Every night we had 1-3 cockroaches in the room. I did ask for a room change but was offered an upstairs apartment (204) as receptionist said only upstairs don’t get cockroaches didn’t take it as it was directly above the bar which didn’t close to around 12 would of been ever louder from 185 room and the steps are too narrow for prams. My parents were in a renovated ground floor apartment and never had any problems with ants or cockroaches it was spotless. I stayed up in my parents apartment during the day as I just felt more hygienic and not having the feeling something was crawling over my as did in 185. If you are going to stay here make sure it is only a renovated room if I was going to recommend but I will not be returning.

Myself and my brother and his wife stayed here for 10 nights , this was my fifth time staying here and my brother's and wife second time . We stayed up on the second level which we find is a lot quieter than the main pool area . The apartments are very nice and have everything you need . My brother and his wife had a ground floor while mine was a second story apartment with great views . The whole complex is kept exceptionally clean and all the staff are lovely, especially the reception staff who are very helpful and we always found them really pleasant and friendly . Before we left we booked to come back in 2025 , and I would like to give a big thanks to Maria and Jenny in bookings 🙂

Stayed here for the 2nd time for a 5 night self catering, can't fault the place at all, great rooms which are basic & modern and a good bar which is open day and night. Place is always clean and staff are very helpfull. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It's also away from the main ***** where you get a good night sleep.

Absolutely abysmal I'd rather sleep in a van rooms are like dungeons with no air conditioning you get charged for everything from a fan to the TV remote control only good thing is if you slip Maria Garcia €20 she will sort you out good a proper if you know what I mean
