Enjoyed the hotel, our room was bigger than we perhaps expected and as we were on the end of the building we had a larger balcony which was a bonus.Rooms kept clean and staff polite. The food was of good standard My only minor faults which unfortunately seems to be the same at most places is basically people not abiding by the etiquette rules that the hotel and others state and in return the hotels not enforcing them ie Towels being placed on sunbeds prior, first thing in morning before pool opens to reserve People not adhering to dress codes at meal times for hygiene reasons for example vest tops worn by males with sweaty underarm hair when using self service hot plates. Charging for the safe was unexpected, and I don't think is necessary. Its quite a large hotel so meal times are busy with only one main restaurant at breakfast and lunch makes it extremely busy, it would be better if the oriental area also opened for all meal times aswell to spread the congestion. One of the pools has a lane swimming area for those of us that like to swim lengths, however this again is impossible when it's open and again not enforced by the staff as people were using this as a general play area, the only time you can ideally use this to swim lengths was outside the pool times when no lifeguard is on duty.

From the start this holiday has been fantastic and jam-packed with activities! We have enjoyed the food, the accommodation but most of all the activities and animation team. Each one of them tries so hard to make you feel welcome. A special shout out to Christian - he always goes the extra mile to make you smile, enjoy your time here, and most of all, he is very funny! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

Nice resort, we really enjoyed it. The apartments are lovely and clean, I think you'd struggle to get a bad view because of the way they're laid out. The food was good and lots of choice in the main restaurant. The Chinese restaurant wasn't great. Drinks also good. Gardens are absolutely beautiful. The beach is really close and stunning. We spend most days on the beach. There's a pizza restaurant just at the end of the hotel which is really good. Very smooth holiday. I've only marked it down a star because the pools were so cold they were unusable. Not sure how they are so cold, the sea was much warmer than the pools.

I found a all inclusive stay at los zocos very enjoyable with good food and excellent service from the staff. Adult evening entertainment started at 9pm which we found was a bit late. Beds were noisy but rooms were cleaned every day to a good standard. Would recommend this resort to any body and it maintains its standards as I last stayed here previous in 2012.

We are just back from our 10 night, all inclusive holiday at this hotel and we were all very impressed. Very friendly and helpful staff, plenty to do, clean, safe and really nice food in the buffet restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel. Only negative parts I would point out which might be important to some people: WIFI was down for 3 of the days 2nd restaurant was closed (presumably due to staffing) which meant the only restaurant was very busy. Pool not heated so is quite cold until the afternoon.

An honest opinion of this resort after a short break with the family. First impression: very clean, lots of outside space, well kept garden areas Room: we had 1202 in Block 1. We paid for a family suite which had 2 bedrooms and a balcony with sun loungers on. I had emailed in advance asking not to have a large wrap around balcony as I had seen on Facebook that these were on the end, sometimes near reception. I also said I'd prefer not to be on the ground floor, but was only told when I complained, that all 1st floor rooms were on the end. Had I known this, I would have happily had a ground floor. We found out when we couldn't cool the room down that air-conditioning isn't switched on until May. I had read it was seasonal and maybe should have asked but expected it to be something like Nov-March. Our room was 24 degrees on average each night. The bath wasn't worth having either. A slow trickle was all we had... Noise: the reason for my lower review. Having the wrong location makes it a completely different holiday. Yes, the room was lovely. We paid extra to guarantee that. The location was on the end, right next to the back of the kitchens. Without exaggerating, we were woken up each morning, usually from 6.30- 7am. It was either delivery lorries or bin waggons. Beeping, banging, staff shouting above the noise to each other. This was continuous every morning until approx 9am with one van after another. Food: Average. We have done all inclusive before so we are used to the monotony and that didn't bother us. However, the choice was limited most days with little variety and not as good as we expected. Having said that, the staff were efficient, worked hard and cleared tables etc to keep things turned around. The option of snacks during the day was limited but ok. Staff: bar staff in the pool bar were very friendly and efficient. The rooms were cleaned every day (although the floor wasn't so it was pretty dirty by the time we left ). The animation team as always , worked hard to offer something for everyone without pushing too much. Overall: we enjoyed our week as we pay too much to let situations ruin valuable time away.. Would we go back? Probably not as I think we fell lucky going out of season so it wasn't as busy. The pool was absolutely freezing too, so a quick dip was just about all we could do !

Los Zocos in Costa Teguise is a fantastic place to stay! The location is ideal, just a short stroll from the beach and a great selection of pubs restaurants and shops. We opted for the all-inclusive package, and the food exceeded our expectations. With one of us being a vegetarian and the other a full-fledged carnivore, we were delighted by the variety and quality of meals available—there was something different to enjoy each evening. The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The resort’s layout is well thought-out, featuring a lively kids’ pool and activity area, as well as a quieter pool area for relaxation. Plus, there were always plenty of sun loungers and poolside bars available. We had such a wonderful experience that we’re hoping to return later this year!

This was my second stay at this hotel—once in August and now in mid-March. Both visits were enjoyable but very different. Out of season, the crowd was older, and activities were noticeably fewer. While I love lounging in the sun, I did get a bit bored at times. The animation team was great but worked shorter shifts compared to summer. The food was excellent, the hotel spotless, and though the pools were cold, they were still enjoyable. The warm weather was a pleasant surprise, and the carnival passing by the hotel was a highlight. I’d recommend this hotel, but after two stays, I feel I’ve experienced all it has to offer

Clean, food was good with plenty of Choice, we were all inclusive, no issues at all with drinks. A heads up, the bar closes at 11pm, no exceptions, 1 min past, no service. There is seating outside the main entertainment area, but nowhere near enough tables & chairs. Pool area was clean, plenty of loungers, and plenty of shaded areas too. There was 6 of us in 2 junior suites, spacious, with lovely large balconies.
