前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住高效迅速，還主動升級了房型！入住期間有任何需求（比如多要枕頭、諮詢旅遊路線），響應速度超快，笑容始終在線，真正有“賓至如歸”的感覺。
**🏨房間設施：**
房間比想象中更寬敞！裝修風格簡約高級，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠到天亮～衞浴乾濕分離，洗漱用品質量超出預期（特別喜歡沐浴露的清香）。細節控狂喜：智能馬桶、USB充電口、遮光窗簾全配齊，連熨斗和迷你吧都備好了，商務出行或度假都很方便！
**🧹衞生環境：**
整體環境非常乾淨！地毯、桌面無塵，浴室鏡面和水龍頭擦得鋥亮，毛巾和浴袍蓬鬆柔軟，看得出清潔工作十分用心，帶娃入住也特別安心。

第一次入住酒店房間大，寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生。吃飯停車方便，下樓就有個大超市，同時熱水也比較給力，洗澡的時候比較舒適，另外酒店的裏的電視也都是的是高清的液晶電視，高端大氣上檔次！酒店的服務人員也很熱情，是一次不錯的入住體驗，推薦大家入住的。

房間很大，硬件設施該有的都有。客房服務員態度也非常熱情。停車區就在門口，白天比較擁擠。周邊比較熱鬧，晚上轉一轉能找到吃的。作為高速自駕歇腳，是個性價比較高的選擇。唯一可挑剔的是在其中一條被套上發現有臟印子。

看酒店外觀，挺大一棟樓，視覺上感覺是藍田這個小鎮上比較好的酒店，但是客房在三樓，進入房間，感覺是進了蒸籠，床上的被子都是熱的。當天35度，空調直到凌晨12點半都不涼快，感覺空調是壞了一樣，兩個孩子完全睡不着，房間裏至少是30度。
找前台反饋了兩次，都是讓一個保安師傅來看，希望提供一把風扇，被告知沒有，提出換房間，告知都很熱，再等30分鐘就涼快了，此時已經凌晨12點10分了。
房間太熱，不能提供最基本的服務，為什麼不在辦理入住時告知客户？提出訴求，也沒有任何的解決辦法，無奈的被告知都很熱？
這是目前唯一一次給酒店差評的記錄，太讓人氣憤了，能選擇其他酒店的顧客，繞道吧，別和我們一樣經歷這糟糕的體驗。

前台服務極差，已經認證過了，還讓我出示身份證，當時身份證在車上，就拿照片給出示，還要拍攝我的身份證，還説能住就住，不能住就不要住了，大大的差評
