作為藍田縣湯峪鎮温泉景區規模不算小的酒店，這家酒店的入住體驗簡直太差了，不信的可以去體驗下，同等價位環境不錯的酒店在西安市區一抓一大把

非常非常差，前台像吃了炸葯了，牛哄哄的！！沒有暖氣，空調不制熱，外機就想窗户外面！能吵死！熱水不熱也非常非常小！

第一次在攜程訂到這麼差的酒店，因為臨時訂的，沒有仔細看，真的是太差了，設施陳舊，訂了一個大床，一個標間，沒有飲用水，沒有吹風機，最關鍵標間洗澡都沒有熱水！

衹想説點評絕對值得參考，真的很差！
好好的酒店，就是沒有人想要好好經營。
沒有熱水不能洗澡，空調不夠熱，冷到要蓋三層毛毯，硬件不行就算了，服務更差！圖一中某些前台的人還直接説我們事太多，態度一塌糊塗，有素質的人不需要和她理論，離譜到家了。
希望老闆能好好經營，好好整頓下！不要浪費了地理資源
