As a relatively small hotel in the hot spring scenic area of Tangyu Town, Lantian County, the experience of staying in this hotel is simply terrible. If you don’t believe it, you can try it. There are a lot of hotels with good environment in the same price range in Xi’an.

This is the first time I booked such a bad hotel on Ctrip. I booked it last minute and didn’t look carefully. It was really bad. The facilities were old. I booked a large bed and a standard room. There was no drinking water and no hair dryer. The most important thing is There is no hot water for bathing in the standard room!

You can't take a shower without hot water, the air conditioner is not hot enough, it's so cold that you have to cover yourself with three layers of blankets, the hardware is not good, the service is even worse! In the first picture, some people at the front desk directly said that we had too many things to do and our attitude was a mess. Qualified people did not need to argue with her. This was outrageous.
