Fantastic hotel. We stayed here for our first ever ski trip and loved it. Nice modern rooms with balcony’s, nice pool area, right by the ski lifts, ski rental shop and ESF ski instructor office both joined onto hotel. We didn’t use the restaurant but we used the bar which was very nice. We would definitely return in the future.

This hotel is very contemporary yet homely, the beds are large, the rooms are larger than std. The balcony overlooking the mountains was an added touch, where we could sit and enjoy a coffe or wine and watch the skiers go by. Really nice to have inclusive access to a swimming pool and jacuzzi at the end of a day on the slopes. Spa treatments were very good and staff very experienced and freindly. Only downside was no chicken on the menu for a main all week. I dont really like red meat like venison and do not like fish. Yes im a fussy eater, but could only eat a starter of caesar salad in the hotel.

Those that work here make this lovely hotel fantastic. From start to finish, I felt extremely welcome. Especially by the team at the bar/restaurant. It was my first ever solo holiday and they helped make it a great trip to remember. I suffered a broken wrist on my last day and the team even helped me pack my luggage. Easiest 5* review I have ever written.

Great location!!!
We stay here for two nights as part of our 2 week EU trip! Absolute best location for us!withe the ski lift, the rental place was right beside hotel along with a great spot to eat, made everything super easy! (make reservations) the staff was accommodating, had great recommendations, was able to get all 5 of us into the spa for massages, and we all enjoyed the pool/sauna/ relaxation areas after being on the MTN.
We had two suites and absolutely can’t wait to plan a longer ski trip here!
We paid the extra to park in garage, 18 euros and it was nice to have a ready to go car from the ice/snow!

It was all perfect, friendly and very helpful staff, very clean and nice room, great pool area and an incredible breakfast. If we are in this region again, we will surely come back to the Saint Charles.

Nice hotel, nice food, the pool was fantastic and the fitnessroom also good. The village is fine, even in summer. The view is also spectacular if you are on the 4th floor or above with a not-view room.

Ideal ski-in/ski-out, only 50m from the main lifts in Lanslebourg Good heated swimming pool. A bit pricey, but inline with the competition. You can rent a self-catered apartment in the hotel slightly less money than a hotel room.
