You’ll have a number of seating and eating options as there is bar seating at the kitchen island and a separate dining table for four. Plus, since the living room’s furniture and accessories are gorgeous, you can eat in style while watching a favorite movie or show. Being a downtown space, don’t be surprised if you find the balcony welcoming you to share a drink or snack together outside, day or night, too. For a relaxing, sound sleep, the bedroom at Lansing Place has a king bed as well as wonderful natural light from the large sliding door leading to the private balcony. There is also has a flat-screen TV for viewing your favorite movies and TV shows from the comfort of your own bed. For more sleeping options, there is a queen Murphy bed, a queen sofa bed, and a twin pull out bed in the living room. Upgraded and stylish, the full bathroom has a large walk-in shower and top-quality fixtures, and the same modern design aesthetic is found in the half bath. Explore an array of shops, savor delicious The base rate covers the first person. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This is applied to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, and additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, Covered parking spots 19 & 23 located behind the building are available for use by our guests to use. Please be respectful of our neighbors, by keeping noise to a reasonable level. No smoking inside the apartment. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine. Other general rules: 1. Please be Respectful to our neighbors 2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times. 3. Quiet hours outside begin at 9:30 pm. 4. Outside amplified music is prohibited. 5. Cars should be parked in the in spot 19 or 23. 6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property. 7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood. 8. Please lock all doors and windows 9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. 10.. 11. Please place any moved furniture back in its original position. A $100 fee will apply if all items are not properly reset before checkout. 13.
