The room had a terrible smell. After checking in I had to park behind the building. I wasn't able to check in until late, and as a female I didn't feel safe.
It was just an overnight stay so I just dealt with it.

Bathtub blues
Stained bathtub was lethally slippery. The grab bar was installed on the wrong side so that you had to get in or out right under the shower head if you used it. Construction going on so things were noisy and messy. But customer service was good.

Would have been nice to have microwave in room. Also fridge would freeze our water bottles. No way to adjust found. Overall good stay.

The Courtyard came to our rescue at midnight when the reservation at our original hotel couldn’t be honored because their housekeeping staff had forgotten to clean our room (they had six empty rooms, but they hadn’t been cleaned which prevented our being able to check-in). The Courtyard was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring we were able to get settled quickly and catch a few winks. Kudos to their night staff.. great people.

Only one elevator at front of building, but the room given was to far for a handicap person, on the other side of hotel. Construction going on Friday and Saturday. Given a room, and bed had not been made or room cleaned, had to be given another room. I thought I asked for handicap accommodations, but there were none. Building looks like an old apartment complex. Big tree covering room window, which made the room dark.

Not a great spot
The hotel is understaffed so the restaurant was close. No food to get. I wanted a coffee in the morning but couldn’t get one, to add insult to injury the coffee machine in my room was missing the try to out the coffee in….. there’s also renovations going on and there’s a very distinct smell in the building.
Personally I wouldn’t book here until they get it all sorted

We really loved the layout and size of the room. Also, had a small balcony, but that wasn't in the greatest condition and the weather really didn't allow for it to be used.
They are currently renovating, so it was messy in areas. I specifically selected this hotel for price, location, and that it had a pool. The pool was under maintenance, so we weren't able to use it. I didn't know this until check-in which was very disappointing. They did offer for us to use a pool at another hotel down the road. Nice offer, but really not feasible or practical. I would consider staying here again if the price is right.
