The room was very clean and updated, which made for a comfortable stay. However, the laundry room, elevator, and hallways were not as well maintained, and the floors in those areas could have been much cleaner.

Ive never had any issues besides noisy and loud neighbors but my last stay I had major fruit flies in my room and the smell of something rotting coming from the sink drain.

Just okay
One iron in the entire hotel. Couldn't check until after 3pm because an employee didn't show up. Probably would not choose this hotel again, but it was not bad.

I had to wait for at least 55 minutes to get the hotel clerk on the to attempt to check me in. Then they were over booked! Complete failure!

Terrible I hope I can get a refund
I have to wait for 45 mins for my because they don’t have a worker so I have to use the Kios. But it’s broken so there is a guy trying for fix it for 45mins. I miss my work meeting and I can’t even use a bathroom

Kitchens You Can't Use
We were unable to cook because the staff was not allowed to give kitchen kits to guests on the 3rd floor which is fine but the website doesn't let people know about that. Even if it was stated somehow I probably would not have read it because what kind of extended stay hotel with kitchens makes you bring your own pans and utensils!
