This is the second time for our stay in Homewood Suites by Hilton after 2023. The major reasons to choose this hotel are reasonable room fare, comfortable room with kitchen facility, easy for car parking as well as hotel location close to University Campus and Ithaca Mall. This hotel is highly recommended.

公寓型酒店有個好處就是可以自己做飯，關鍵是旁邊就有個亞洲超市IIthaca tofu，很方便。
這次覺得最好的是房間裏的辦公桌，坐下來幹活靜得下來。

We arrived at the hotel early in order to use the swimming pool, always an important part of our vacation. To our dismay, we discovered that the pool was out of order, closed indefinitely for repairs...no apologies, nothing. we do believe we are entitled to some reimbursement. The pool was one of the reasons we had decided to stay there in the first place.

nice rooms, very comfortable. nice complimentary dinner and breakfast. nice staff. the pool was not working. we didn't get help to set-up the extra bed on the sofa.

I liked the size of the parking lot. Unfortunately that’s all I liked. Long line to check in because there was only one person at the counter. I was almost charged $500 more for my room because of a computer glitch, but I had my receipt from *******, however the cost of my room was $85 more than my friend’s room next-door to me and she went directly through Hilton. I am not happy. $85 is ridiculous. I was informed that the pool and the whirlpool were unfortunately closed for the remainder of the week. I was never provided with an email from ******* for this inconvenience again I am not satisfied. The room was not updated. The Wi-Fi was sketchy. I was told I only get housekeeping every other day and none of this was disclosed in *******. I am completely unsatisfied very disappointed with the quality of a Hilton and lack of disclosure from *******. I want some compensation for what happened.
