Outdated rooms. Rooms smell like smoke. Blanket has stains and cigarette burns. Cheap no fuss hotel and allowed early check in for free

Hi i want to say the stay was good but the facility could be better but its s a old motel that needs lots of work. The elevator was out of order and our room was on the 3rd flr. Its was fixed before we left which made things much better. Thanks for putting the call in.

Nothing was too like. False advertising on the ******* website, paid more to have amenities that were not available upon arrival, run down interior of the building, clerks work behind bullet proof glass.

The pictures of the property are NOT current. It smelled and looked nasty. The pool had a cover that was so old the color was bleached out of it with large holes in it with green water and algae. The floors and walls were gross and dirty and smelled awful. DISGUSTING! Holes from cigarette burns in the bed covers, cigarette burns in the tub, scum on the tub. Lots of 'regulars' hanging around.

I didn't even stay! Checked back out, an hour after i checked in and went to stay somewhere else!!! I requested a refund for the hotel portion, but it's saying that i need to call in to file a claim. Please help?!?
