管家服務非常贊，提早加了微信，由於網上找的吃飯的地點比較少，管家跟我推薦了附近的吃的地方，開車10來分鐘，確實不錯。也幫我解答了很多疑問。
午飯後到的客棧，在竹林裏打麻將非常寫意，😃
5點多開車上山，雖然去的當天天氣不好，但我覺得整個行程還是很滿意。
當天入住並不是週末，所以景區人比較少，對於這種木質結構的客棧，我們覺得隔音還可以。

西風寨的小姐姐，服務態度很好很熱情。有問必答。挺有特色的民宿，早上阿姨做的早餐也可以。但是可能木質架構，隔音還是不夠好。晚上能聽到燒烤台那邊的ktv聲音。

設施：暖氣很足 還有個暖氣機可以烘乾玩雪濕掉的衣物，熱水到十一點多還有…還送了兩份早餐 雖然比較簡單但是也算飽肚。
衞生：乾淨無異味
環境：看雪景一流 很有特色的小木屋
服務：有問必答 有求必應
雲冰山景區門票:送了門票 可以呆兩天 划算。
客棧周圍的景色很好，很適合拍照，玩雪也很方便，覺得冷可以回房間喝點熱水暖一暖身子再繼續出去玩，不容易凍到…很適合帶娃，國道爬上去景區半個小時就能到了，小孩子也能爬，不會很累。大雪沒法開車上去，小雪能開車上去就更方便了。

客棧環境不錯，乾淨舒適；聽管家介紹説客棧換了人院子重新裝飾過了；晚上院子燈光很亮，一家人在外面吃飯聊天很開心，傍晚有風吹一點不熱；管家很貼心主動提供蚊香還開了大的户外燈給我們；服務很贊，晚上的星星肉眼可見的多，挺震撼的；有機會還會再來。
