設施齊全，住着挺舒服的，房間大小剛好，暖氣足。服務態度很好，環境特有特色，還可以拍美美的照片。吃飯的餐廳環境不錯，菜品味道還不錯。

這裏就在雲冰山腳下，管家小姐姐還幫我們拿行李接送到房間，好熱情。晚上到的環境蠻漂亮的，周圍有竹林，能看到冰掛，周圍也能玩雪❄️，屋內有地暖空調，非常舒服，值了，看雪來雲冰山一定要提前看好藍山的天氣預報，都是為了能來玩雪，温度不夠低真的看不到美景。

民俗體驗感非常好，服務態度也非常好，樓上樓下有兩個活動大廳，可以免費在裏面吃飯喝酒唱歌，小姐姐也提前告訴我們需要自己收拾好衞生，不然會產生清潔費，裏面暖氣充足還有電熱毯，就是房卡容易弄丟，弄丟房卡確實是需要賠償，相對來説非常適合家庭聚會

第一次看到雪，在民宿住了很多天，看到了不一樣的風景，不下雪的時候民宿非常清靜適合度假，濛濛煙雨江南的感覺，房間暖氣很足，偶爾有點小問題告訴小姐姐，即使她不會也是很耐心的幫我處理，這點服務態度是非常好的，開始下雪的時候人流量逐漸變多，温度下降能見度比較低，對於長居城裡的我是非常喜歡這種感覺的，一晚上結冰後整個環境步入了白色殿堂，特別幸運出太陽，看到了太陽照耀下的雲冰山，很震撼我，下次還會過來雲冰山，還會來這家民宿

看過評論才訂的房間，但不知點解，沒有評論的好，首先多謝客棧送了雲冰山的門票，可惜騙了我早餐，早餐基本沒有東西食，用餐的環境也不好，本來想住多一天的，可惜給用餐的餐廳搞到有種想馬上回家的感覺，再有下次去雲冰山一定不選擇在花瑤餐廳用餐，其次就是房間根本沒有熱水沖涼，再後門卡不知放在房間那個角落，前台的小姐姐説得好好聽，先收我50元的房卡費，到時找到再退我，可惜我回家翻遍了行李箱和所有的東西找了一遍都沒有找到房卡，所以肯定房卡是留在房間的，可惜小姐姐沒有回覆，可能沒有仔細的收拾房間吧！所以本人覺得客棧的衞生也一般。

一覺睡醒，外面銀裝素裹，雪壓枝頭鋪滿地，美美的雪景，房間也乾淨暖和，美中不足周邊沒有餐飲！需要自備食物，最好帶上食材火鍋。那就美噠噠了！
