The Alpine Resort

I stayed at this hotel from 22nd to 24th Dec'24 with my family. I reached the hotel on 22nd Dec'24 and came to know that I was alone in the entire hotel. The lights at the reception were dim and gave an usual and uncomfortable feeling. I booked the premium room on the 1st floor and only the light in front of our room was lit and the rest of the lobby was dark. The saga started from the late evening. At around 9 pm, there were sound from the floor above as if someone was moving / shifting the furnitures. I called at the reception and came to know that a guest has checked in now and they were making this sound. I was not convinced with this as the sound continued for almost an hour. Now why would a guest just after check in start moving the hotel furnitures and make the sound for such a long duration. We were not convinced with the logic Next day i.e. 23rd Dec'24, after we had slept, it was around 3 pm that we all heard that someone from outside the room was trying to open the lock from outside. The door lock has handle at both ends and someone was pressing hard to open the same from outside but could not do so as it was locked from inside. We shouted immediately and within few mins, it has stopped and then did not recur. It was either of that someone was playing a mischief or there is something supernatural at the hotel. But believe me, at that hour of the night and with wife and daughter, it was really frightening and would shake anybody's nerves. Also to mention here that we had paid for the breakfast but since we were alone at the hotel who has taken breakfast as a part of their plan, so buffet breakfast was not made available. Also, they do not provide packaged drinking water as a complimentary service. However, the hotel staff are cooperative and the quality of food is OK. Special mention of Jaspal Singh and most likely Rajesh (do not remember the name, my apologies), who was responsible for the roof top restaurant. Lastly, the group has another hotel just beside this one, Blue Pine, so if someone wants to make a reservation, would suggest to tryout Bluepine first before considering this one.

The property is not hygienic, foul smell from bathroom, bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. Foods were overly priced over quality.

Blue Pine ad Alpine are same, Beautiful Mountain View location from room and best balcony part, Best DJ night, Best breakfast, Best Location (all the market & major locations are so near to this hotel), Best Ambience, Beautiful Pool view in Open & front to Mountain directly, So much safety, best for family, best activities area in Lansdowne area and the best part is most decent behaviour of hotel managers and staffs. Special thanks to Dharmendra ji for all the best help you did so quickly like he is damn pro *** and other managers as well. Love to visit again and again to this hotel and will highly recommend to everyone MUST Stay hotel. Price is also negotiable (speak to Dharmendra ji directly 9899599229). Thanks, Manas Pani

Location, food and other hospitality services are good... We had a good time and recommend to the families to atay there.Starting from booking till check out our experience was good.We appreciate their Resort Manager Mr Vikram's cooperation.

The property is located around 3-4 km before lansdowne main town and is well connected. The resort boasts of an amazing pool, however, it is located at the adjacent resort called blue pine, which is almost like a sister concern of this mentioned property, which was kind of a bummer. The food was okay, and could be improved. Overall, a decent place, but needs upgradation.
