連訂5天，去了以後給領導後邊獨院，挺好，在一樓這個房間和二樓把頭一個廁所往室內漏水的房間裏選，可能是因為價格比較實惠的原因吧，應該是其它房間比較好，老闆也説了，換舒適型的或者再升級條件能更好。
老闆性格很好，蘭陵人就是好！！就是外邊的公雞白天晚上都打鳴，頗有田園氣息，院裏晾曬衣服很方便。
房間的燈很昏暗，很適合睡覺，總有沒天亮的感覺。有酒吧那很朦朧的感覺，但是不適合讀書寫字。
床頭的兩孔插座手機充電器是插不住的，窗户是打不開的，房間比較寬敞整潔，還有沙發，用筆記本電腦辦公得坐在床上用電視下邊的桌子，床高桌矮，很累！
衞生間的排風和燈是不好使的，洗浴花灑不是每個孔都出水的，熱水是太陽能的，這個月份陰天水不涼，晴天水温很爽。
不是每天換床單，不打掃房間，自己打掃也沒找到掃把，不過，對我這樣不愛説話的人比較適合，因為沒人可以説話，老闆用監控管理。
交通很方便，購物吃飯也方便，老闆很熱情，服務滿意，有蒼山人的優點。
地點在新華路賓館一條街（後來才知道這是遠近聞名的賓館一條街），價格實惠，獨立衞浴，可以命名為業務員之家。

訂的舒適大床房，老闆問訂的多少錢，然後領到後邊的院子裏面，位置很偏，在一個衚衕裏面。然後給的是標準大床房，房裡還沒有熱水，想換個帶熱水器的房間，老闆還讓加錢。我定的不是標準大床房，老闆看好了。看評價你們的標準大床房很差，我才訂的舒適大床房的，房間裏花灑都沒有，馬桶還是壞的，水一直流，聲音很大。房間的插頭不好使。根本就用不了，房間很暗。總之一句話，不建議入住。還沒有隔壁的聚源賓館好，價格便宜多了，熱水還是24小時供應的，不收取費用。一星都不想給
