29日晚夜班的前台態度非常差，詢問酒店是否有賣泡麪或者零食的機器直接無視説沒有。酒店廚師九點下班也無法點餐。第二天吃早餐等電梯旁邊就有零食售賣機，無奈啊，住店客人沒看見前台也不知道有售賣機？春節期間孩子比較多，門口旋轉門孩子一直在裏面快速轉着玩，並沒有酒店工作人員去勸説。洗衣機對三樓的住店客人來説使用非常不便，需要去一樓找前台刷卡去洗，再去一樓找前台刷卡去拿出。衞生和設施堪比五星級，早餐馬馬虎虎能吃。白班前台都非常nice，免費升級湖景房，點贊

酒店設備設施齊全，乾淨衞生，房間空間大，周邊環境不錯，是蘭考最好的酒店，性價比很高。酒店停車以及車輛進出非常方便，特別適合自駕去蘭考。自助早餐還不錯，乾淨衞生。工作人員服務很好，很是滿意。

酒店設施齊全，較乾淨，遇上餐廳臨時取消早餐供應的情況，酒店特意外采早餐並送到房間，有心就夠了，小瑕疵，兑換了升房，辦理入住也提示了前台，入住後發現併為升房，太晚了也沒繼續找前台，沒看到酒店後面的湖景

近期出差住到的服務最差勁的酒店，讓前台送兩瓶礦泉水，還得另外收費，入住時候沒提醒早餐時間，等第二天上午9點05分去吃早飯，説已經收掉了，沒有了，無語

比較差了，第一天入住，房間裏兩瓶水，有一個是半瓶；第二天入住，要另外的水，告知要收費，攜程上用積分換的果盤不送，直到打電話給攜程才送，早餐9點結束，8:30就沒東西了，告知快結束了，不再上了。菜裏有頭髮。

就在連霍高速 蘭考收費站附近，下高速後再開5分鐘就到。過年期間322元/標間（含雙早），沒怎麼漲價，很良心了。作為對比，過年期間 開封、洛陽酒店住宿爆貴。我寧可住在蘭考，第二天再開車去開封
