"I did a lot of research, so I thought I would see ”this is it!” everywhere, but I was impressed far beyond my imagination. It was well maintained, which is hard to believe for a hotel that has been around for over 20 years, and the staff were very unique and enjoyed their work, which was also fun. The breakfast had so many options that I never got bored even though I stayed for four nights. I tried the staff's recommendations and tried the daily specials, and my smile never stopped. The only disappointment was the weather and not being able to see any sea turtles. The weather was not quite clear, so... I went snorkeling at the spot three times, but still couldn't see any sea turtles... It was quite disappointing, but I still had fun seeing various fish and having a full moon dinner. Of course, activities and everything you do will cost you at resort prices, so if you have a lot of leeway financially, I think you won't get bored even if you stay for a long time."

"This was my first time in the Maldives, and I chose this resort. Surprisingly, it had been raining heavily for several days before we arrived, but the weather turned exceptionally nice right when we got there—sunny every day. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly; they would always stop to greet us whenever we passed by. The young hostess (likely the restaurant manager) and some servers in the dining room remembered our room number. The shuttle cart staff (not sure if his name was Jasper), Raj from housekeeping (who’s from Nepal), and our host Mariyam were all wonderful—they kept asking if there was anything they could do to help. The Filipino staff member who performed the fire show, as well as the teams at the sports center and water activities, were also incredibly kind and professional. Meals were included in the package, while water sports required extra payment. The spa was excellent: two Indonesian ladies gave my husband and me massages, and the ambiance and service were very comfortable. Overall, it was a highly satisfying experience, with the exception of one significant issue on our departure day. During the final breakfast, the fish curry served was noticeably off—it had a strong, unpleasant odor. Unfortunately, after taking just one bite, it led to severe food poisoning. I became violently ill on the flight, vomiting repeatedly, and the sickness persisted hourly even after landing. This incident greatly marred the end of our otherwise wonderful stay. I sincerely hope you can address and improve your food safety and hygiene standards to prevent other guests from having a similar experience."

"La struttura è molto pulita e le stanze sono spaziose. La spiaggia è proprio di fronte, lo staff a partire dal manager, camerieri e lo chef sono sempre disponibili e pronti a venirti incontro per ogni esigenza."

"The hotel for price quality ratio was good. Had a slight problem with the air conditioner but they resolved it/replaced it. Breakfast was pretty good but some of the food was too spicy for the customers at the hotel. Drinks for also expensive and I was just on half board so I didn't have any. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and I had a pleasurable experience. Be warned this hotel has a very dead reef. You can see fish but no reef. One side of the island is not swimmable. I paid $123 for a ocean view room with half board. Drinking water is free and plentiful. Make sure you get half bored because the buffet dinner is 60 US dollars."

"Staying at the Sheraton Maldives was an incredible experience. Out of all the resorts I’ve visited, this one stands out as amazing. They offer so much to do and keep you well informed. We had a personal assistant, Jennifer, who was fantastic in introducing us to everything and making us feel comfortable. During our stay, Russell helped us with all our needs. While waiting to check into our room, we enjoyed a relaxation room equipped with air conditioning, couches, mini beds, and showers. As soon as we arrived on the island by boat, we were treated like royalty with scented lavender cooling towels. We were greeted warmly as we boarded the deck and given a heartfelt goodbye when we left. The breakfast was outstanding, featuring a wide variety of options. The beaches and water were pristine. My favorite part of the trip was the amazing staff—they were friendly, kind, and went out of their way to make us feel special. Everything was arranged seamlessly, from our boat trip to the island to our return to Malé. I can’t wait to go back!"

"I love this hotel so much. Three nights in a sand house and one night in a water house satisfied all my yearnings for the Maldives, so much so that I felt a sense of disappointment when I switched to other hotels... Needless to say, the service is absolutely perfect, including SPA, beachside BBQ, and various activities at sea. They are great! Even when we left, they held a farewell banner and kept waving goodbye even though the boat was far away. It was really touching🥲Go back and move bricks and come back next year😘"

"Everything was wonderful from the moment we checked in, from the welcome drinks to the sunsets on the beach and the water activities on the island. The hotel has good breakfasts. We had lunches from the menu at the hotel, and for dinner we went to a wonderful pizzeria, which has the most delicious tuna pizza in the entire atoll, as well as the most delicious freshly squeezed juices. The room is neat and comfortable, just like in the photo. The air conditioners helped us survive the heat. Thank you for the comfort and friendliness!"
