As mentioned by our taxi driver, the hotel is one of the best in Langzhong. It is located just next to the entrance and a short 5 minute walk to the Zhang Fei Temple. You can also walk along the Jialing river at night just outside the hotel's entrance.
Service was great. Our initial room had some unfinished repair works and the front desk immediately gave us another room. Staff was also accommodative of our constant requests.

It was a wonderful place to stay and there was a great woman called Helen who assisted me with all of my needs, she was incredible, she checked on me daily and made sure that I had everything that I required! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the rooms were very quiet and soundproof! The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide array of food, the pool was wonderful to swim in and it felt as though the staff really gave the five star treatment! I will definitely stay here again!

酒店位置絕了，酒店門口就是嘉陵江，就在古城旁邊，酒店還提供漢服和粧造，粧造師非常用心，會幫忙挑選衣服，酒店內確實太美，隨處都是可以出片的美景，前台的漢服小姐姐服務態度極好，古香古色的建築，園林美景，多個錦鯉池，如再次去閬中還會選擇錦元酒店。

房間衞生一般，地上到處都是腳印，因反光未拍照，桌上燈具上能明顯看到污跡，電視很小，房頂是三角形，當然我自己選的要住三樓但並未告知屋頂是這樣的，入睡時才看到是這樣，辦理時給了個臟房換的後住的這間，還告知説是比較好的房間，前台服務一般，全程沒有問候，辦理入住和諮詢時主動向她們説您好，完全沒有回覆，在其它同級別酒店入住時前台工作人員都會主動問好，特別是辦理入住時，工作人員全程黑着一張臉，早餐煎蛋是涼的，有些菜品個人吃着像隔夜保鮮的，體驗感差。作為家鄉人希望能進行改進，讓閬中帶給更多人更好的旅遊體驗。

酒店院內景觀優美，三角梅開得很茂盛，樓之間的水池有很多漂亮的錦鯉
房間整體衞生條件不錯，床和洗漱台乾淨，但是使用浴缸之前我清理出來三根非常細小的毛髮或者纖維。
前台給我們升級了，不錯
