房間特別特別差，設施陳舊老化，牆面臟兮兮，燒水壺是壞的，衞生很差，特別是床單被套枕頭是上一個人用過的，直接抹平就給下一個人用，沒有換洗，從圖片就能看出來，這點不能忍。按照規定，酒店對於入住的客人，應做到每客一換，春節假期人多更應遵守這個規定吧。總之體驗感很差，在臟床品上湊合了一晚。另外説是有停車場，實際上外頭人頭擁擠根本就停不進去，去外面商場找的停車場，自己付了二三十塊錢的停車費。
非常吵。隔壁幾個房間開門關門和説話聲很大，服務員也不知道主動提醒那幾個客人小點聲。
就這條件，一晚上100塊錢都是多的，春節假期三四百塊錢住這簡直是活受罪。

服務周到，衞生很好，位置方便，就在古城，房間新裝修，配置齊全，推薦入住。房裡有個櫥房不知可否給客人使用，冬季若能熱個飯也是個亮點。院內有停車場，保安大叔超負責，停車很安全〈停車一天l2元）

衹能説一個好、舒服、安靜！滿滿的優質體驗，讓我開心的走遍了閬中古城及周邊的鄉村，回來累的時候能躺下來享受一個人的時光。預訂的時候價格享受了很大的優惠，不到三十的一天，剛剛好一個人獨享一間屋，乾淨、明亮、清澈、舒適、安靜、祥和等等，彷彿就在家裡一樣，還有免費的空調，出去關好空調、燈、門窗，回來輕輕的打開，看一會紀實頻道，聽聽歌，放鬆放鬆自己。這是剛來在閬中古城聚源賓館享受不到的。而且現在遊人很少，正好適合一個人。如果價格能在二三十為好。

賓館老闆很好，小賓館位置也很好，遊覽古城景區方便。房間不大但也很齊全，新裝修，被褥很乾凈，有空調電視價格非常親民，家屬院可停車，每天十二元，可以接受。原想再住，已下單，由於天氣變化，改變行程，給老闆講過後，老闆很爽快配合平台，馬上就處理好了，來閬中古城遊玩，入住狀元賓館是不錯的選擇。推薦入住，遊玩古城特別方便。

出門就是古城狀元坊的入口，交通旅遊吃飯都方便，是新房子，不是古城裡的舊房子，所以環境還是好多了，沒有木地板的噪音問題，就是大夏天的空調不太給力，製冷有點慢
