從來沒有這麼不好的體驗過，前台服務態度超級差，看樣子是個新來的吧，最最可氣的是，我的東西遺留了居然沒人聯繫我，雖然東西不值錢但是作為酒店人是否是應該聯繫一下客人詢問一下還是否需要呢，入住時空調還不怎麼好，

訂了兩個套房到酒店卻説衹有一個，然後給我換了個普通標間，費用確是和套房一樣的😂住套房進衞生間洗漱，然後莫名其妙衞生間門鎖壞了打不開了，被鎖在了衞生間，幸好帶了手機才能求救，等了半個多小時酒店才派師傅把鎖敲爛才能出來😂退房時前台換人了搞不清楚狀況，説我已經在網上退訂，簡直無語～～

#負評#對房間大小，安全性，位置，隔音，酒店氣味，房間佈局失望；不建议入住，服务态度差，早上8:15到前台问有没有早餐，理都不理，停车还收费，停车费交给酒店前台，让开在发票里面，几块钱还要收税点
