酒店位置挺好的，離狀元坊走路600多米挺近的。房間不是很大，停車場在居民區拿東西不方便，需要工作人員掃臉。酒店保安大叔挺好的，很負責很熱心。

房間乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，前台服務熱情周到，對住客態度非常好，對住客提出的問題都能一一個一個詳細耐心的解答，酒店周邊環境很好，吃飯購物去景點都十分方便，是一次非常棒的入住。

房間乾淨整潔，服務員打掃衞生認真。有電梯，有停車位，位置好，交通便利，步行十分鐘即可到古城景區。附近餐飲超市很多，很方便。

房間的設施還是可以的，就是房間確實小，沒有太多的活動空間，洗臉盆都在房間內，其實淋浴間和衞生間的佔地面積還是挺大的而減少了卧室的面積。早餐的品種對於漢庭的性價比來説還是可以的，早餐戴眼鏡的服務員非常熱情，有禮貌，一個人負責服務，煮麪等，非常的有效率！前台入住時辦理入住的員工和大眼睛的保安大哥也是非常好！整體酒店的服務都是挺好的。酒店地處市中心，步行至閬中古城800米，古城的美食口味確實一般，都是賣給遊客的，對於成都過來的話可能沒有什麼吸引人的美食！閬中的天空還是很為美麗的！

車子一到，保安就含笑上來把行李拿到前台。前台接待很熱情。我第一感覺就想到，這就是賓至如歸的體驗吧！房間雖然不是很大，但很乾凈明亮。酒店離古城東門很近。出行方便。早餐豐富多樣，服務熱情。這次來閬中旅遊，印象很好，給酒店打評10分！

服務不到位，我的車子停在你們那的，然後去找了一個什麼啥子修車的了夥到一起説是和自己之前就有了，我停之前明明就沒有，而且之前下了一場大暴雨，如果説是曾經的那上的灰塵呀什麼的，早就沖刷乾淨了，衹剩下一些擦掛，但是剛剛擦掛的白灰之類的都還在上面如果説有上面也不會有新鮮的灰塵痕跡，剛剛擦掛的那種，真的讓人很氣憤，雖然不是很兇，但是感覺到很不爽，全車的是在你們的監控中拍下來的剛剛到的時候的照片，前面的就是被擦掛之後的
